This was my first time to Longhu Town, Zhengzhou, to send my child to school. Before I came, I looked for a hotel online and saw that Hongde Renwen Hotel had good reviews, so I decided to book it. I called the front desk girl before coming, and she very politely upgraded us to a suite. I stayed here for three days. The environment was very nice, clean and hygienic. The service staff were polite and enthusiastic. Because I had to go to Kaifeng for two days, I booked a room in advance. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

The room decoration is simple and elegant, and the service staff is warm and considerate, as if they can see through the needs of the guests. In terms of hygiene, we pay attention to absolute cleanliness, because there is a school next to the hotel, which is in sharp contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The silence and cleanliness are the warmest memories of this trip.

房間很大很乾凈，住着很舒服，前台服務很號 環境：很好 衞生：乾淨，下次還會選擇，很不錯的選擇

我下午三點多辦理入住，晚上9點不知道是酒店經理還是店長，上門要“清潔費”（我是用作婚房），告訴我套房如果用作婚房需要加“清潔費”或者更換婚房訂單，否則無法在酒店接親 我之前也有到門店諮詢過用**宜，當天比較晚就加了門店微信，告訴我説第二天經理聯繫我，一週沒人回覆，我又主動問詢，也沒有告知訂套房用作婚房需要補所謂的“清潔費”，需要額外加清潔費也能理解，但是你們的做法實在無法忍受，你們自己管理上的失職憑什麼讓消費者買單 既然收了清潔費，拜託房間打掃的乾淨點，窗户邊上的美紋紙都還在呢

房屋設施等其他的都中規中矩，同價位符合相應標準。但是，服務很差，從來沒有遇到過這樣的酒店。退房之後，電話告知你床單有血漬。然後讓你付清潔費。發過來一張照片，是黑白照片。壓根看不到是血漬還是污漬。而且非常小，幾個點點。不知道是不是我們房間的床單，也不知道是不是住之前就這樣。而且我們也沒來大姨媽，也沒有傷口，哪裡來的血漬呢？而且這麼小的污漬，你們就算清潔，能有幾個錢呢？這就是欺負外地人，欺負大學生，欺負我們涉世未深。以後來你們家住店的老鐵，得帶着床單被罩。因為你們家床單金貴，需要額外付費。
