The service attitude was very good. The front desk also helped to upgrade the room for free. The room was very spacious and clean. Everything except the sheets and quilts were disposable. Very hygienic! A rather satisfactory stay experience! Next door is a snack street, selling everything, which is also convenient! I will stay here again next time I come back to Zhengzhou!

家庭作坊旅館，剛開始去女店主她爸在，推薦加錢升級房型沒同意，後面説是免費升級了房型，剛準備上樓，女店主出來了，又開始推薦加錢升房型，拉扯了幾分鐘沒同意就準備上樓，4樓沒電梯，樓梯窄小，兩個人都要錯身才能過，房間嘛，自己看圖，退不了沒辦法，睡覺都是穿着衣服睡的，衹此一次，下不為例

離機場非常近，我訂的是單人間，房間比較小，一個人住一晚也過得去，主要是乾淨衞生整潔，所有洗浴用品都是一次性的，這點非常不錯，老闆也責任心也很強，免費接機送機，況且房價確實非常便宜，附近夜宵也很多，當然，洗腳按摩的也多，總之住的非常安逸，值得推薦。

這家酒店的服務真的很好，定位到宜家酒店，雖然離得很近，但是我們有坐輪椅的長者不太方便，老闆還免費來接我們了！還有送機服務也很好，會提前打電話提醒你（接送機很多酒店都有不過還是想誇一下哈哈哈）。房間也大，乾淨無異味，而且還有一次性浴巾提供，比提供毛巾的好多了，跟家裡人住都説這方面做得好，沐浴露的味道我也喜歡。推薦大家住。

環境：和介紹不符 牆紙脱落 牆角發黴
設施：老化不乾淨
衞生：看得過去也沒有很乾凈 空氣中有一種衞生間的味道
服務：訂房後到店辦理入住發現和介紹的圖片嚴重不符 和商家商量退房 但是沒有同意 我也接受不了所以就空房沒住
給大家的的建議是不推薦 訂房後先看房間在辦理入住 不然就退不了了

房間挺大的，很乾凈很清新，新裝修的酒店，老闆服務態度非常好，還送了我幾瓶冰鎮礦泉水，我帶的有寶寶，還專門準備了寶寶拖鞋牙刷。很貼心，早上還專門給我們送到機場，真好！

陪朋友在鄭州這邊備考，資金有限，訂了最便宜的房間，但是老闆專門給安排了最安靜的房間，沒有衣櫃，老闆專門去隔壁的五金店買了個衣架給我們用，真的太好的！挺感動的，住了幾天，房間很乾凈，阿姨打掃衞生也很及時，床單被罩每天都給我們換，走時候老闆娘得知我們去高鐵站還讓司機專車送我們，退房有點捨不得。

前台服務挺熱情了，還給送了免費的礦泉水，我第三次入住這家酒店了，以後經常來這邊出差也會經常來入住的，房間很乾凈，沒有一點異味，馬桶墊拖鞋所有的用品都是一次性的，乾淨衞生。
