The location of the hotel is quite good, not far from Sias but very quiet. We spent a romantic day here and enjoyed the ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. The design of the hotel is good and gives a warm and comfortable feeling. Will visit again!

The room I stayed in was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, making people able to sleep well. The layout of the room is simple and stylish, the facilities are relatively complete, and the TV, air conditioning, wireless network, etc. are all running well. But the fly in the ointment is that the bathroom space is slightly small, and the quality of toiletries needs to be improved.

KKerinI don't even look for other hotels now I've discovered Atour. They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. I'm an Atour customer All Day. Thanks!

HHailunThe hotel is very near to the airport. When we were driving out of the hotel, we found that the exit was unavailable. However, when we checked out, the front desk did not inform us in advance. We had to drive back to ask the front desk for an alternative route. If the front desk had informed us in advance, this unnecessary hassle could have been avoided.

Since it was just an overnight stay, the airport pick-up arrived at less than two o'clock in the morning, and the price was very affordable! The annoying soundproofing is particularly bad! In the middle of the night, a few young people lived next door. They watched TV very loudly at 2:40 in the middle of the night. LOL, they chatted and made noise all night long! Calling the front desk to remind me made it even more unscrupulous! I had to catch a flight the next day, so the experience was a bit poor.

Room was clean and I enjoyed the swing in the room! Lots of restaurants nearby and there was a spa next door, which we unfortunately didn't have the time to go to. We had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel and the food was delicious. The free airport transfer was super convenient. Will definitely choose to stay here again!

TTarraleahA good hotel very close to Zhengzhou airport. It’s not walkable, but only cost 12 RMB for a taxi (avoid the touts in the airport - follow the signs to the taxi zone and take a proper taxi). Them there’s an excellent free shuttle from the hotel every half an hour to go back to the airport. The hotel decor is looking a little old, but room facilities are excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful, easily overcoming the language barriers.

I felt like I was slowly sinking and fell asleep quickly. I asked the hotel staff and they said that the mattress they used was very good. The hotel's linens were of good quality. The room was also quite large and comfortable. There were many green plants in the room, which was clean and tidy. I asked where the laundry room was, and the hotel staff took me there very enthusiastically. While I was in the laundry room, I walked on the treadmill for half an hour and felt much more comfortable. The hotel provides a rich and healthy buffet breakfast. Fry an egg, drink a bowl of soy milk, eat some corn and some fruits. It is a simple and nutritious breakfast. It is a good hotel and worth recommending.
