對比了好多家才選定他家的，到了後超乎想象的好，服務很到位，我們是晚上十點多到，樓層大姐很熱情並詳細的介紹泡澡和早餐的事項，房間隔音還好，尤其洗漱間的衞生是很乾凈，實在是行程很滿，不然還想在住一晚，很舒服的酒店

環境:酒店環境不錯，樓下停車場很大，晚上回來也有地方。
房間:連定了二晚的智能房，比較大也特別暖和，隔音還好吧半夜樓上洗澡沖馬桶稍稍有點影響。
洗浴:住宿的可以去地下一層的免費温泉，消費項目價格也不高，每天玩完回來泡一下很舒服。
服務:每層都有服務人員，服務也是很不錯的，前台的服務到是稍遜一點。
其他:早餐太一般了，衹有單點的麪條不錯，房間的WiFi一般，網速不穩定。
地理位置:離古城開車差不多要15分鐘吧。

酒店離忻州古城開車10分鐘左右，入住趕上酒店有活動，贈送了泡湯汗蒸，湯泉項目很多，房間很大很暖和，設施設備比較新，自助早餐也還不錯，服務熱情周到

這可能是我攜程以來最用心的評價，做的極好或者極差，這個酒店不好評，但是我太想説幾句了。總體來説不錯，尤其是服務，前台、迎賓、所有工作人員都很熱情，早餐也不錯，看得出是用心做了培訓的各方面都很努力，無可挑剔。衹説一點，隔音實在差，門如紙糊的一樣，隔壁的人咳嗽一聲就像在耳邊，門外樓道里，保潔阿姨樓管各種大呼小叫，聊天玩笑，電話鈴聲不斷，第一次見樓層管理員在敞開的空間辦公，人員多且雜亂……一整夜樓道里至少有5六個人的聲音響徹耳邊，很是折磨。就這點而言完全夠不上4星的標準，即便是商務酒店的水準也該滿足人靜謐的、睡覺的需求吧？這是起碼標準。酒店能經營這麼多年一定有自己的可圈可點之處，希望能這方面加強管理。另外，住店客人洗澡區域就衹配有一個鈎子掛衣服和各種東西嗎，完全不夠用啊！外面洗浴套票的都是很大一個櫃子。這樣的區別對待是要鬧幾。
