前台年紀大的服務員態度極差，老是上午正在睡覺的也不打電話通知，直接刷房卡就進來，我們連着住了十幾天，我們説延遲一個小時退房，那個前台的服務員就撒謊説房間已經讓別人定出去了，我們別人等着入住，我們出去兩三個小時回來重新開的房間，開的還是這個房間，這個歲數大點的服務員態度極度差！打掃衞生啥的服務員態度很好，衹是前台這個歲數大點的服務員，態度極其的差，還撒謊！總體住宿感受還是可以，酒店的電腦，住宿環境衞生很好。

酒店設施齊全，電腦配置可以，打無畏契約絲滑流暢，鼠標鍵盤也是大品牌的。店員很熱情，服務也很好，很滿意、很贊，下次還會再來！

一點也不隔音 哪有電競房中午十一點多都發訊息説十二點要退房的 早上八點多炮轟的誰也別想睡 來玩電競麻將就代表着要玩的時間晚一點 大中午頭 十一點多發訊息 才給我們講十二點要退房 呵呵
