I have stayed in many hotels with shuttle buses for hotel pick-up and drop-off. This hotel has the worst response rate. You must reserve 10-20 minutes, otherwise it will delay your trip. The most incredible thing is that at night, when the town activities are over and the guests return to the hotel at the peak time, the hotel with such a large area only arranges a shuttle battery car to shuttle back and forth. Many guests are stranded at the gate. It is already late and tired, but they still have to stand at the gate for a long time. 2. The standard of the hotel restaurant is terrible. None of the desserts and European breads are up to standard. They are not even up to the standard of Western pastries in supermarkets. This is very surprising. The chocolate cake is sour. I asked the waiter to check it by themselves, and they replied "Absolutely impossible"! But after a while, they quietly took away the desserts. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The buffet breakfast was repeated every day without any change. Finally, the design of the room bathroom is small and cramped. I can't turn around and can't put things. The shower room has no glass but a shower curtain. After taking a shower, the water flooded the Jinshan bathroom and I couldn't go in. This is a hard flaw and there is no way because it is a tree house. There is a train whistle at night. If you are sensitive to sound, don't stay. The curtains in the room are transparent and the privacy is worrying. Stay for three consecutive nights, one night in the lighthouse and two nights in the watchman. If you don't check out, the cleaning in the middle is still very sloppy. The cute pet park and other free home amusement park projects in the hotel are still well maintained, because the free home camp is open to the public separately.

First-class environment, Qiyun Mountain is beautiful, the tree house hotel is also beautiful, and it is very convenient to bring children to play. The staff was very busy during the May Day holiday, but their attitude was always very good. The front desk, housekeeper, and shuttle bus staff were all very friendly and patient. Families with young children should be careful to stay in the loft tree house room type. The bed is too high and it is not convenient to get up and down, and it is a bit stuffy up there. Give priority to other room types.
