衞生：床鋪乾淨整潔，非常平整
環境：酒店看起來非常大氣，外面有很多綠植讓人感到心曠神怡，大門口就是一條小河，環境優美，大堂很寬敞，一進來就能聞到清新的香薰味，酒店位於陽明文化園附近，周邊小吃很多，很方便，外賣也是可以直接送到房間，房間寬敞明亮，陽光照進來吹拂着微風的感覺真的很治癒！
服務：已經入住多次，酒店前台的服務真的很好，非常耐心，熱情講解陽明文化園的位置，小吃街的方向，比較好吃的店面，以及打車都特地周到的想到了告知城內打車價錢，很是貼心
設施：有一個智能機器人可以送東西，還有健身房，自助洗衣房一應俱全，烘乾機，洗衣液，熨燙機都有，有免費的停車場，大堂還設有免費的茶水區休息，二樓三樓有餐廳，早餐也是非常豐富多樣，好吃！
陽明文化園門票:陽明文化園的門票也是酒店提供免費進入，考慮非常周到

老舊賓館，路過住一晚，太差！房間一進門一股濃濃的煙味兒！房間的床品是潮的，床也睡塌了，枕頭低還硬！到酒店是晚上8點多，被告知網線被隔壁施工挖斷了，結果被是一直沒網，萬幸還有電，吃飯在酒店左側有一條馬路，飯館很多，吃飯倒是方便，酒店無論從硬件還是軟件都太差了，勉強住一晚，包含的早餐幾乎沒啥可吃的，最後吃了一碗麪算是湊合了，根本談不上性價比房費還不便宜！

酒店管理規範，人員熱情專業。
緊臨王陽明文化園，停車後直接步行去了。而且，前台經理聽説他們要去完參觀遊覽，酒店是協議單位，可以添寫參觀通知單，免費去陽明文化園/紀念館。
