The hotel is beautiful! The surroundings even better if like the jungle. Our room was facing the jungle which made it a good experience. Very clean and attentive personnel. I think the price is fair for a great experience.

Llegamos en el tren maya ya se encontraba un camioneta para los que iban al hotel después tienes que pagar 200 pesos por persona por pasar por una comunidad cosa que no sabíamos el traslado son 49 km y aproximadamente 1 hora el camino todo es selva de ambos lados Al llegar al hotel te hacen un cobro de traslados de 812 pesos por persona de ida y vuelta Llegamos a las 11:30 am y le cometamos a que hora había salida a la zona arqueológica solo por la mañana así que ya se había ido no hubo problema ya que eramos 4 y nos pudieron llevar ya que iban a recoger al grupo que salio en la mañana costo 100 pesos por persona mas 100 pesos por persona a la zona arqueológica como no era horario que ellos tenían solo nos dieron 2 horas para recorrer la zona Lo que es el hotel es muy bonito y de muy buen gusto todas la habitaciones son excelentes la piscina mediana pero bonita tiene bar restaurante y también spa El lugar esta rodeado de selva y es hermoso Costos de restaurante un poco elevados un refresco 55 pesos y una cerveza 75 pesos en agosto 2025 No hay donde mas que ir solo en el hotel ya que es mas de 1 hora para llegar a un lugar cercano El personal es amable solo que algunas veces no saben mucha información

... all'interno dell'area protetta. Hotel nuovo con arredamento e stanze veramente belle. Dotato di piscina e di ristorante con servizio simpatico e volenteroso anche se un po' (tanto ;-)) da rodare.
