真的選對了！酒店位置絕佳，出行方便。大堂裝修氣派，房間佈置温馨舒適，床品柔軟乾淨，睡得特別踏實。設施也很齊全，各種細節都考慮到了。工作人員服務態度更是沒得説，熱情又專業，有求必應。整體體驗非常好，推薦給大家呀！

1、設施問題：浴室門把手脱落，淋浴間沒有玻璃門，鏡燈是破損的，馬桶蓋沒有緩沖，空調夜間不開也有異響。
2、衞生問題：房間門口發現有蟑螂。
3、安全問題：衞生間台盆下開關面板脱落、線頭裸露易觸電，衞生間地面濕滑易滑倒。
4、房間入住問題：明明隔壁有空房間，卻安排如此差的房間給我，還要收取按金（沒有收據）
5、退房時遺漏了東西，服務人員主動聯繫寄回，這點值得欣慰。
以上硬件方面真的是出奇的差。
