隔音特別差，樓道跑動，隔壁樓上講話都能聽見，早餐自助餐品類很少，中餐館收費偏高，但是味道不錯，分量也給力，沒有新能源充電設施，酒店交通不便，一路塵土飛揚，早上五點被一陣關門聲吵醒，實在是煎熬的一夜

酒店位置在山裡，晚上非常安靜，五一期間感覺其他地方不用去，就在這裏呆一兩天足夠了，划船，小孩的一些簡單遊樂設施基本上都能滿足了，但是外賣肯定點不到了，不過餐廳的吃食感覺也不錯，就是早餐可以再做精緻一點

五一凌晨一點多到酒店，但半夜裡山路完全沒有路燈，又逢大雨，酒店又處於親心谷內，剛來時沒有指引，進去後烏漆麻黑，一度沒有方向。
入住後對房型有一些異議，但和酒店、攜程溝通過程還是比較順利的，對酒店的處理也是比較滿意的，服務態度整體很不錯。
酒店環境很漂亮，特別是處於山中，空氣很好。也有很多娛樂設施，電瓶車、卡丁車、遊船、小火車等等，但感覺收費不便宜。另外，還有水上樂園，但可能時間沒到尚未開放。感覺最遺憾的是繩索公園，年久失修，本來對飛天滑索非常有興趣，但沒想到設施明顯老舊，也根本沒人維護。
其他都還不錯，在酒店吃了一頓中餐，味道和價格都還可以。早餐種類不是很多，但也基本滿足需要。酒店價格不貴，五一人流量也不多，總體來講度假感受是比較好的。建議對一些設施還是要多加維護！

國慶出遊臨時選的地，酒店爆滿，到了之後發現是有人結婚，價格來説還比較合理，酒店在山裡，吃的衹能在酒店餐廳解決，當晚人很多，需要找位置，好在上菜速度也不慢，菜的口味也還不錯，但是酒店裡沒有室內遊樂場，衹有一個户外滑滑梯，晚上很黑也很冷，感覺並不太適合親子出遊。

非常棒的體驗。房間是兩面採光的，都對着山，景色不錯。小寶平時睡覺認床的，不知道為啥特別喜歡這房間，晚上睡覺一點都沒鬧。一樓餐廳菜做的很好吃，就是分量太大了。吃不掉真的吃不掉。晚上的燈光很驚喜，有火鳳凰表演，還看到了煙花秀。衹可很多體驗項目都沒有了，單純來度假吸氧真的很不錯。酒店服務很棒，必須一個大讚！

很少給差評，甚至很少評價，這個酒店不得不説一下，環境不錯，在山谷裏，前面有個小水庫，整體環境舒服。設施方面，大部分室外遊樂項目都停了（應該説是荒廢了）不知道為什麼，好好的設施也不維護，就荒在那裡，體驗感不好。再説説酒店房間喝服務，兩天房間空調都是壞的，第一天來修了一次，説半小時倒一小時好，最後一整天都是壞的，睡覺悶熱。第二天一早7點不到下去找前台再次反應，修完回覆了製冷功能，搞笑的是睡覺到半夜又壞了。睡得很不舒服。再吐槽以下服務把，態度真得蠻好得，但是就是解決不了問題，最後衹有一句，很抱歉。有點搞笑，服務行業不是嘴上功夫。

酒店在山谷裏，環境很好，很安靜。遠離城市喧囂。前台小哥哥很熱情。就是觀光車貌似沒有，衹有小火車。小黃電車好像也有範圍限制。後山的娛樂都沒開。
