The hotel staff were exceptionally attentive and warm. From check-in to check-out, I felt well taken care of with thoughtful and detail-oriented service throughout my stay. Whether it was communication or handling specific requests, everything was done in a professional and caring manner, making the overall experience very comfortable and truly memorable.

I stayed at Rebecca Hotel with my parents on June 25 and had a very pleasant experience overall. Although my first room had a noticeable smell of smoke which affected my rest, the issue was quickly resolved after I spoke to the lobby assistant manager, Ms. Zhao Yanfang, during breakfast the next morning. Ms. Zhao was extremely professional and helpful, within about 10 minutes, she arranged for me to change to another room on the same floor with my parents. Throughout the rest of our stay, she consistently greeted us with a warm smile, helped open doors, pressed the elevator for us, and even made light conversation. Her genuine hospitality stood out from the rest of the staff and made us feel truly welcomed. A big thank you to Ms. Zhao and the hotel team, employees like her are a real asset to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to come back again!

Rebecca Hotel stands out as one of the best hotels we stayed at during our 7-day trip. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly manager with refreshing drinks to cool down in the scorching 40-degree weather. The staff, dressed in elegant han fu attire, efficiently checked us in. The room was impressively spacious, complete with comfortable chairs and a large bathroom featuring a bathtub equipped with disposable covers. The hotel's location next to Cai Wei Gu Chang made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area on foot. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent place except aging facilities. The staff are very friendly and upgraded us to a better room for free. Free tea and fruit snacks are available. The breakfast is absolutely better than some of the 5 star hotels. The room service is great. The staff whom I forgot the name helped me with my luggage to the taxi. Xuchang is a pleasant surprise for me and my friends. We will definitely come back.

The hotel front desk staff has a strong sense of professionalism and service. Every employee greets each other cordially. In particular, the front desk manager Zhao Yanfang is very enthusiastic, meticulous and thoughtful. She patiently explains the situation of the hotel and handles my affairs skillfully. She gives people a family-like warmth, a feeling of home, and feels very warm. Thank you for cultivating such good employees. The bed is very comfortable, and the bedding and linens are white and clean as new, very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location and the transportation is very convenient. Treasure Hotel! The room is in a very elegant new Chinese style. The hotel lobby, elevator room, and room are full of small details. There are Pang Donglai guide bookmarks and food attraction introductions in the lobby, and Pang Donglai paper guides are also available in the room. The breakfast is very rich. I stayed in the hotel all the way during the Spring Festival. It is the busiest but not messy restaurant. The table is cleaned very quickly, so there are basically no guests waiting for the table. The beautiful lady in the restaurant is the manager. The service is very good. They are working whenever they can. There is also a lady in the lobby who serves us very enthusiastically. She should be the lobby manager. These two ladies are smart people who are observant and kind. The little beauty playing the guzheng in the lobby is very professional. There is black tea when you open the room, welcome fruit in the room, and snacks when you check out. This price is a real conscience price for the Spring Festival. The boss has the same business pattern as Yu Donglai! I will stay at your house next time I go to Pang Donglai.

I brought my elders to visit and chose this hotel for the first time. They provided full service from the entrance to the room. Welcome fruit was given in each room. The lake view room provided 6 bottles of free mineral water, wooden floor, and central air conditioning. Those who are afraid of cold don't have to worry. A humidifier was also thoughtfully prepared. The lobby on the first floor provided more than a dozen hot drinks (ginger sugar water, tangerine peel water, chrysanthemum tea, rose water, etc.). Breakfast was provided with a wide variety, including Chinese and Western food. I saw the waiter pouring a container of big brand organic pure milk. The breakfast room has a sofa booth dining table and a window view dining table. A variety of fruits and various free items are provided. Every detail in the room is made with special care.
