Wangtong International Garden Hotel

I never expected to find such a nice hotel in such a small town. Our family chose this hotel for our trip to Jiaozi Snow Mountain and booked three rooms. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, and environment were good. However, the service didn't meet the standards of a four-star hotel. First, the breakfast was very average. Second, the hotel owner was incredibly stingy. The bottled water was tiny, and when we asked for two extra bottles to make formula and tea for our baby, the staff said we'd have to pay 2 yuan per bottle. Is the hotel trying to make money by selling bottled water? We've stayed in many similar hotels in China and have never encountered this situation. It's truly unbelievable! We will never stay here again!!

The front desk staff are incompetent and have a terrible attitude. They even got the amount wrong on a simple bank slip and then brazenly claimed they couldn't fix it. October 21st

It's a bit bad. The breakfast is almost inedible. You can skip breakfast.

The whole hotel is clean and tidy with complete facilities. Good service attitude. We lost something at the hotel. Later the front desk helped to send it back. Thank you very much!

Affordable price and high cost performance! The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the location is convenient. It is the first choice for traveling to Jiaozi Mountain. It takes 40 minutes to drive to the scenic spot after breakfast. It is worth recommending!

Overall, it was just make-do, except that the air conditioner was broken and it was too hot! There is no electric fan, and the children like getting in and out of bed very much, but the sheets on the bed must not have been changed. The breakfast is still good and hygienic.

The room was quite warm, and parking was convenient, but the breakfast was terrible. There were only three or four small dishes, which did not match the room rate. The breakfast was not as good as those of small hotels that cost more than 100 yuan. I hope they will pay more attention to breakfast, otherwise there will be no way to order takeout in the nearby wilderness.
