Xinghe Hotspring Spa Holiday Hotel

The room was very old and the facilities were outdated. The cleanliness was very poor, and there were even spiders.

The facilities are a bit old, but the hot spring water is excellent. Although the hot spring water wasn't flowing after check-in due to a pipe problem, the hotel front desk immediately resolved the issue and had engineers replace the pipes to restore the water flow. Also, the housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive – kudos to them! 👍

Soaking in the hot springs is very comfortable. There are many pools, and the water is freshly filled every day. The temperature is high, and the surrounding environment of the pools is beautiful. However, the accommodations are old, and it would be even better if the hygiene could be improved.

Previously, I only went to soak in the hot springs. The hot springs have many pools, and the water is very clean, though it's a yellowish-brown color. This time, I tried the guest rooms, and they were wonderful—quiet, comfortable, and allowing me to enjoy a leisurely pace of life. I could take walks in the morning and evening, enjoying the fresh air of nature. The lush vegetation makes it a natural oxygen bar! It's a great place to vacation again. It's very close to Kunming, and you can enjoy local delicacies, especially the beef hot pot. The receptionist, Ms. Li, was very welcoming and attentive. She reserved our room before we arrived, making us feel like family. It was a very warm and welcoming place, and I would definitely want to stay there again! By the way, there are many osmanthus trees near the hot spring pools, with a delicate fragrance that is very soothing. I loved it and didn't want to leave!

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. It's rated 4 stars online, but I'd say 2 stars is more like it! 1. The location is extremely remote and inconvenient for transportation. 2. The hotel service was absolutely terrible. I asked for something (I don't quite remember what it was), and when a hotel staff member brought it to me, I politely thanked them. But as I was about to close the door, the woman was muttering insults at me under her breath! 3. The hotel facilities were incredibly old and dilapidated. The air conditioner in the room was broken; when I turned on the cooling fan, it blew out hot air! This made the room temperature reach a whopping 30 degrees Celsius! Unbelievable! The toilet was tiny, and there was a terrible smell as soon as you entered—it was disgusting! The toilet water was yellow, truly disgusting! It felt like staying in a public toilet! The room amenities were also incredibly poor! There was no public phone, and the TV was broken! Even with all the lights on, the room was still dark and oppressive! The two beds were as soft as cotton. What a lousy hotel! 4. The room's cleanliness was appalling! The duvet cover was black and filthy! I slept there for just one night, and the next day I had a full-body rash that was incredibly itchy!!! 5. The hotel was ridiculously cheap. They charged me 3 yuan for an extra bottle of water! They also said I needed a lighter, but the front desk didn't have one and I had to buy one myself! What kind of hotel is this?! It's like paying money to suffer!!! 6. To be fair, the environment was okay!

房間設施老舊，設備不齊全，衞生間打掃不乾淨。家庭房床硬的跟鋼板一樣，空調不可用。早餐難吃且單一，沒有任何沒有任何肉類。游泳池沒有換水，撒漂白粉，連續幾天成都這樣温泉到處是沒有清理的漂浮物。體驗感極差，風格怪異。強烈建議大家避雷！！！

朋友結伴出行一共預訂了5間客房，酒店客房裝修年限比較久，硬件設施偏老舊。好在温泉區域人流量不大，泡起來很清靜不擁擠，整體入住體驗還算過得去，綜合下來住得比較滿意。

房間老舊，馬桶沖出的水是黃色的，有下水道反味，房間衹給2瓶水，超出2瓶收費每瓶3元，網上訂的極為不划算，同户型同食宿同温泉的套餐，現場購買200多，是長輩想來這家泡温泉，來了之後長輩自己都大失所望。

1212元提供的服務還不如農家樂，酒店又臟又差，真的太差勁了，大家自己看圖吧，誰還會上當？
