明江公寓離徐聞港和鐵路輪渡北港都很近，開車也就幾分鐘就到了，過海特別的方便，房間乾淨衞生，有陽台，有窗户，水壓也很大，沖涼很舒服。一樓還有小孩玩的積木玩具，小朋友很喜歡，贊贊贊👍下次一定還來。

經常過海，住過幾次了，經濟實惠，適合我們這種牛馬，一個人的時候住個單間，有時兩三個人也開一間三床房就夠了，房間很大，房間有陽台，洗手間在陽台上，人多住洗澡上廁所也方便不會影響房間的人

給爸媽跟弟弟妹妹訂的房，三床房，有一個1.8米的大床，爸媽跟弟弟妹妹4個人住一間剛剛好，不用多花錢開2間，房間也很寬敞，妹妹説有投影儀老闆開好了會員給她們觀影，提前電話了聯繫了老闆説可以免費接送到港口，老闆服務很好，很熱情，給家人住的很放心

衞生差的怵目驚心，牀板睡起來都啃呲啃呲的響，工地上的水泥板搭的床，看上去像黑店，這點店能上攜程平台，真是刷新想象了，對攜程太失望了，見圖吧。
1.現場實景，跟攜程上圖的差距很大
2.床單太臟，太破，看上去像幾個星期沒洗一樣。

衞生環境差。
床都是木頭釘子釘出來。
被子估計是幾個月都沒有洗過。
隔音也非常的差。
一進來説難聽點都不敢躺在床上睡覺。
