秋末冬初來天泉湖看落羽杉，入住天泉山莊。這家酒店依山面湖，院內植被茂密，環境不錯。酒店設施雖略顯陳舊，但也佈置得很温馨。服務接待甚是熱情，給我將山語房升級為湖景房，知道我們因早晨出去拍照會錯過早餐時間，前台接待會很貼心的安排留餐，並且對菜品製作絲毫不懈怠，早餐品種豐富且量足。住店期間更是經常詢問需求，感覺很舒服。下次去會繼續選擇入住天泉山莊。

一次説走就走的週末出行，找了個一個多小時車程的天泉山莊落腳，沒想到讓我們都很驚喜，先是小王早早的通了電話，熱情的溝通讓我們很温暖，還給我們升了級，房間安排在臨湖的三樓，房間挺大、陽台很寬、視野很好。因為我們是天黑了才到，還專門安排了一位熱心的服務人員接待我們，看着夜晚的星空舒服的休息了……，次日清晨我們兩個人吃了相當豐富的早餐，昨晚的阿姨笑容依舊温暖。午餐後環天泉湖湖騎行了18km，空氣新鮮、風景優美。總之，這是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，棒棒的！

進入大門後有提示，晚上容易看不到，服務人員非常好，幫助長者扶着上台階，住的很開心，天然氧吧，旁邊有湖離景點近，適合開車去方便

環境自然度非常高，湖水清澈，山水優美，酒店所在的自然風景非常棒！
客房有點舊，但衞生和傢俱整齊乾淨，透過窗口的外景非常美，早上有小鳥的歡叫，喜歡這個地方，下次拉朋友再來！
