攜程訂的兩晚，免費升房到行政層。這個行政層電梯標註是攜程層。就是房間開門電梯間，偶爾能聽到電梯抵達的叮聲。酒店乾淨舒適，前台也蠻温柔的。另外第一天晚上送了份歡迎水果。門口就是地鐵，交通還算方便。

過去住過對漢園印象很好，這次來説是地庫在施工，車要停在朝南100米的文峯大廈地下，拖行李箱就不太方便。另外朝西的房間也比較吵，很晚都有大型工程機械的噪音。酒店雖然舊了，服務還是一如既往的好，細節上看出很用心，毛巾、水杯都用膠袋封住，讓旅客安心。酒店離徐州博物館和雲龍山興化寺北魏大佛都很近，十分鐘能走到。

酒店比較老，但是設施齊全，乾淨衞生，床墊舒服，交通便利。美中不足的是作為四星級酒店，到了以後居然沒有自己的停車場，前台説停到幾百米外的江蘇師範大學科技園就可以，會給停車券，停過去後出場的時候才知道科技園有東西兩個停車場，我們停的是付費的，白花30塊停車費。。。大家如果停車一定要問具體。不好的停車體驗

位置好找，附近就是地鐵2號線徐師大雲龍站，但作為老牌的四星級酒店，服務不合格，從前台辦理入住到沿途所遇，再到次日用早餐，服務沒有笑容沒有問候，設施很老了，早餐也一般，太素了，如此如此，怎麼與隔壁的希爾頓競爭（價格差距不大）？唯一稱讚的衞生搞得不錯

徐州的老牌酒店了，沒想到管理的真不錯，尤其服務人員親切友好善解人意，房間的設施也是一應俱全，最厲害的是衞生居然採用了杯子封塑，挺值得老酒店推廣，因為老酒店設施肯定跟不上更新的

酒店屬於徐州老牌的星級酒店，位置真的是好，師範大學站下 2 分鐘路程，離徐州博物館走路在 15 分鐘左右，離戲馬台/户部山走路在 10 分鐘左右，打車去獅子山漢墓約 10 分鐘。
住的標準房，年代所限，房間內部裝修連漢庭都打不過，但是毛巾等有獨立包裝，梳子和針線包好評。早餐在一樓，是自助餐，品種多樣，味道還行。
酒店最需要改進的是服務，前台接待的大哥人不錯，但比起亞朵能奉茶差距有點大，另外客房服務員第二天開始就關心我的退房時間，從 12 點開始（選了 16 點退房的選項） 就關心我什麼時候退房，前前後後重複了不下 5 次。另外問客房服務人拿水，答覆第二天不能給純凈水了，住這麼酒店夜市第一次遇見。。。

錦江集團的招牌在這裏，所以基本品質肯定有保障的。酒店地理位置很好，地鐵站一出來就是。很安靜，也很方便。開電車來還有充電樁，還是快充。最最令人贊歎的是早餐，可把徐州的特產都涵蓋了，非常棒。性價比很優。必須推薦。

交通方便，守着地鐵口，一站户部山，兩站彭城廣場，步行徐州博物館約10分鐘。
房間乾淨，衞生間的毛巾，口杯都單獨封裝，讓人放心。
早餐花樣多，一些徐州特色小吃還帶小廣告，相當有心。
另外下午兩點退房，逛一上午雲龍山+徐州博物館還能回屋歇會兒。
很滿意的一次居住體驗。

房間大而整潔，空氣清新，床和寢具都很舒適，衞生間花灑特別好用，毛巾浴巾都是獨立包裝消毒過的，早餐也很棒，出門就是地鐵站，二號線轉一號線可到徐州東站，步行去博物館，雲龍山都很近，户部山都很近
