Great location and very peaceful. Check-in process was abysmal and of course, zero English spoken. The rooms were quite nice and the breakfast buffet had some vegan options (it would be nice to see more). It would have been nice to be able to adjust the room temperature as it was sweltering.

I enjoyed my stay. The front desk service was very good. They treated me very well and explained everything. The pool was opened to my surprise, but when I enquired before booking I was told the pool is closed due to the pandemic, which didn't make sense because a negative nucleic acid test was required.
Breakfast was not so good this time around. I suggest they go back to a buffet set up in order to accommodate us foreigners who can't read the menu.

It shares the same hotel lobby with Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel.
The guest rooms of Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel are all in the main building (dining and swimming are all in the main building).
The rooms of Kaiyuan Guest House are in the annex building next to it. It only takes 2 or 3 minutes to walk to the main building.
The hotel has a good environment. Opposite the hotel gate is Yunlong Lake.
It’s only about 300 meters to Binhu Park.
Walking along Yunlong Lake is very comfortable.
The TV in the room is small.
The breakfast at the hotel is very poor.
And the management is chaotic.

It's right next to Yunlong Lake, with beautiful scenery. It's not far from various scenic spots by taxi. It's a quiet resort amidst the bustle.
The breakfast at the hotel was very satisfying, with a rich variety. I didn’t finish it all for three days.
This time I stayed in a suite, but it had two beds in one room, so I had no choice but to let my dad sleep on the sofa for three days.
There are two bathrooms which are more convenient. The larger one has no windows and smells a bit like the sewage coming back.
In addition, the building is quite far from the front desk, but the staff are still very enthusiastic and can solve any problems quickly.

Very nice hotel, by the Yunlong Lake, beautiful scenery. There is an independent courtyard, quiet and private, and the price is reasonable. Cheng Jin, the lady at the front desk, has very good service and is warm and thoughtful. Praise

酒店地理位置好，每天出門就是雲龍湖，打車方便。房間很大，兩個衞生間。自助早餐品種很豐富，工作人員見面都會打招呼。這是要誇的地方。
但這次入住確實也遇到了一些bug：入住給了臟房，下水道堵塞這些是實際存在的問題。值得肯定的是酒店解決速度是快的。還是年頭太久了，也不算是避雷，希望越來越好吧。

非常滿意，衞生狀況好！從前台到打掃還有擺渡車司機、餐廳的工作人員都特別和氣，態度熱情友善。行李箱壞了，需要螺絲刀，工程人員很快送來工具，還全程蹲着幫忙，特別感激！前台小夥為客人着想也是大大的贊。

到達開元大酒店時已經是晚上十點了，沒想到這麼晚了，前台的接待人員小楊非常的親切，在辦理入住時態度和藹，接待耐心，認真的給安排好了無煙房間，感受到我們旅途勞頓，得意提前給房間安排了迎賓水果，礦泉水，查看房間是否有煙味，樓層服務員也特意找了兩個蕎麥枕，他們的服務真的感受到了酒店的熱情和温暖，有機會還會再來🙂
