First of all, Hilton Hotel is my first choice brand for travel! But I was really disappointed this time! 1: The elevator in the underground parking lot cannot go directly to the guest room and needs to transfer. 2: The room is very small, not 30 square meters as advertised, but actually only 25 square meters. The customer service replied that it was 30 square meters including the public area. I am drunk😵💫3: I booked two rooms, one of which had a broken window and the noise from the refrigerator affected my sleep. 4: The bathroom design is unreasonable, very small, and it is very cramped for fat and tall people! 4: There are very few fried dishes for breakfast and the pastries are hard. The above are my disappointments! I am sorry for the price of more than 300 yuan! I suggest you make a reasonable choice! This time I had the best accommodation experience in Xuzhou. The room was clean and tidy, and the lady at the front desk 💁🏻♀️ provided enthusiastic service. She also upgraded the room type for free and provided Xuzhou food guide. I originally planned to stay for one night, and then extended my stay for another day. It was worth it. Recommended, I will definitely stay at Huaihai Tulip Hotel next time I come to Xuzhou!

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Metro Line 1, so traveling is very convenient. Rooms facing the main road are relatively quiet at night and will not have a big impact on sleep, unless guests require very quiet rooms. The dining environment is very good and the food is rich. Very satisfied in every aspect, a hotel worth recommending.

We have visited several hotels in Xuzhou, and this one is the most satisfactory for our family. The room is very clean. It is very worry-free and comfortable to stay here with children. Although it is the May Day holiday, the hotel front desk upgraded the luxury suite, and the children's breakfast was also great! The children are very happy 🥳 There is a big park behind the hotel, and there is delicious Xuzhou barbecue in the evening. The big terrace is superb! You can play in the hotel for a whole day, which is very comfortable. There are many parent-child activities during the May Day holiday. Due to time reasons, I can't stay for another day. I will definitely stay for a few more days next time I come to Xuzhou!

Service: The service is meticulous. When we arrived at the hotel late at night, there was a dedicated person in the parking lot to guide us to which building we should go to. There was someone at the front desk to help me with the registration. They also helped me take care of my children. They spoke softly and smiled, and were very kind. When we got to the room, we were greeted with fruits and When you arrive at the restaurant for snacks and breakfast, everyone is very enthusiastic and will guide you. Noodles and coffee will be delivered to your table if you want to talk. There were children, and they were always with them, and they also gave them puzzles, and they gave us glasses wipes when they saw they were wearing glasses. No one in the restaurant was idle, and they were actively taking care of everyone. After we left, the bellman helped us bring our luggage to the parking lot. field! After check-in, the room was thoughtfully sent with fruits and a handwritten note, which was very warm. The room aunt will also see me washing clothes and provide me with a clothes drying rack and laundry detergent, which is an unexpected surprise! I have stayed in this hotel few times a year and qnd wonder when the coffeer shop will be open for lunch and for diner. so far they open only open for breakfast (western and Chinese).Besides the Chinese restaurant second floor that is always empty, no decent restaurant close to the hotel, therefore bring your instant noodled with you.
Room service is available though, but do not be in a hurry, choice is not wide, and, your meal may take over an hour to come.....
This explain most likely why the hotel always rooms available.

PPaijiubing』The service attitude of the restaurant's front desk is very average. The dining time of the restaurant on the card is 07:00-10:00. When I arrived at the restaurant around 09:40, the restaurant's front desk directly informed me that the dining time has passed and I cannot eat.
Putting aside the cold attitude, on the other hand, if it is the time specified by the hotel management, the time the guest sees on the private room card is inconsistent with the actual opening time of the restaurant.

RRakshaRThe room was big, clean and beautiful. The most comfortable pillows I've ever used at a hotel more so than Marriott and Hyatt. The AC could not be adjusted, sleep was disturbed because the room was hot. Ugly cigarette burn on the couch and huge brown stains on the bedroom curtain. Check in was ok, the room wasn't ready and so we were asked if we wanted another room, it would not have been an upgraded room because we had already booked the last suite. She also asked IF we had made the booking or someone else had, never been asked that before and I've stayed at over 30 hotels around China. Gym is small, but has the necessary equipment for a quick workout. Breakfast was Chinese, no western option, other than fake bacon and sweet sausages and dry French fries. Lots of fruit to choose from. I would stay there again but will not book breakfast. There are numerous places to eat outside or order to the room and the meal gets delivered by a robot. Ladies at the the front desk should smile, they don't look happy to see their guests.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the west exit of Xuzhou East Railway Station. It was very cold and rainy that night.
