Service is excellent. Location is good, very closed to the station. The hotel is a bit old. Our room is big for two ppl however the carpet in the room looks a bit old and dirty. Need to improve that.

The service is excellent. Breakfast is included and tasted good. It is very closed to the station. However, one downside is that the hotel itself is a bit old. Carpet is a bit dirty. And on the first night we arrived, we found a spider in our room. So looks like the hotel is a bit old and not that clean. Need improvement in this area.

ホテルに着くのが夜の9時すぎになるとわかっていたのに、うっかり連絡を忘れてしまいました。でもこころよくしていただいて、さらに新幹線の遅延で2時間近く遅れてしまったのにもかかわらず優しくしていただいて、本当に感謝しています。とても親切で優しいスタッフさんのいるホテルです

Hotel vecchiotto e con necessità di una rimodernata (tutti i mobili e le carte da parati hanno vissuto giorni migliori), comunque pulito.
Letto matrimoniale piccolino e abbastanza scomodo.
Dalla sua il prezzo e (per chi arriva in treno) la vicinanza con la stazione e la disponibilità di parcheggio auto.
