Sad to leave. Super clean, friendly staff. Unexpectedly full facilities until we fly out late. They print out boarding passes at guest relations. Kabana well worth 50euros. Food yes bit of mish mash but fresh and good quality Shout out to Sarah at hairdressers shaped and dyed eyebrows for 25 euros. Manicure and pedicure also good value. Spent 4 hours in spa for more than half of what you pay in UK Dr sword picked us up for polish and teeth whitening £120 each, and gave a tour of cheapo goods in gumbet. Lovely guy. Shanghai Restaurant also good for a change, picked us up in the middle of bodrum after a few cocktails Restaurant not a calm environment.. yes easter and understandably busy with families. Maybe a later option of sitting for adults only who can enjoy the view without the rush Thank you professiamd lovely staff will be back

Last night of a lovely 10 nights at this hotel! Food the same as any all inclusive, repetitive but always find something. Snack bar does a decent cheeseburger & pizza. Drinks aren’t bad, slushies for the kids (or the adults with a splash of vodka in ha), ice lollies/creams available all day, help yourself at the main pool & behind the bars at the snack bar/slides pool. Staff have all been pretty helpful and nice. Joker from the entertainment team is our fave! Beer is Tuborg which is decent too. Room has been cleaned every single day & fresh towels daily. You get towel cards on arrival which you can exchange daily at the Spa. Would also recommend the spa for treatments, we got a Turkish bath (hamam) scrub, foam, massage and face mask as a package for £65 each and it was SOOO worth it. Hotel probably isn’t the best for those that struggle with mobility because it is on the cliff side and is a trekkkk from the beach/sea front to the hotel building, up about 4 sets of stairs. Myself and my partner have had an all round lovely stay. Safe travels all ✈️ ☀️

Very good service and hardworking people. Shanghai gambas which is a restaurant in the town is 100% worth the visit. There is a special bus every 30 minutes that brings you there and is free. They have the most genuinely nice and kind staff you will find in the whole world

Our stay was lovely and Med our love holidays rep was amazing helped plan our excursions and made excellent recommendations i definitely recommend it. The hotel is great. Not in walking distance to shops but, there is a bus that takes you to the city centre which is about 10 mins away.

We booked here last minute for our April holiday 2024. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. We arrived quite late in the evening. Lets get the negatives over with first. After checking in and being shown to our room which was a 2nd floor garden room facing the quiet pool. We were shocked to find that 2 of the single beds (they were all singles) did not have the usual bed frame but a mattress on top of a mattress which slid about. After several visits to reception over that evening and the next day asking them to sort the situation, the manager couldn't do anything for us...we even asked to move rooms to where there would be a proper bed. But we were told there is nothing that can be done. We eventually had the best help from our Jet2 rep and the customer relations lady at the desk in the reception. We were finally given proper beds and a complimentary meal in one of the a-la-carte restaurants. We did have an issue with our safe also but that was quickly sorted by hotel maintenance. I feel without their help we wouldn't have gotten anywhere with that. I do have to add though that on the last day we used the courtesy room downstairs and low and behold there seemed to be an abundance of bed frames, so not sure what happened there. Anyway lots of positives, beautiful hotel, yes it's hilly but after all of the eating and drinking a bit of exercise isn't bad for you on a daily basis, food is great and you will always find something on offer, lots of nice desserts, breads and various Turkish cuisine. The view from the restaurant is simply magical. We are travelling again in April this year that's how much we liked.it despite the bed situation. Hoping to write an even better review in a few weeks.
