Great location, fairly new hotel. Good amenities like an onsen and breakfast (but it ends too early- at 8.30 am). The staff were very friendly. Overall, a very comfortable stay (except for the rock hard pillow). I would recommend this hotel highly. (I used to live in Yamaga 22 years ago).

There is free parking available in front of the hotel, with plenty of parking spaces. The hotel staff are friendly and provide clear explanations. Although the room is small, it has everything you need and is very quiet.

I was happy with the excellent amenities. I was also pleased with the free breakfast service.

Since there aren't many hotels in downtown Yamaga, Yamaga Super Hotel can be a good alternative! The bathroom is a bit cramped, but it wasn't a big problem! I wish the shower head had a wider surface area!

They have a natural hot spring, and I loved the scent of the shampoo and other amenities. I was very satisfied with the price, especially since breakfast was included!

I always use this hotel when I stay in Yamaga. The fact that it has a hot spring is a big plus.

Super Hotel's efficiency is evident. While not luxurious, the hot springs, cleanliness, and healthy breakfast made for a stay that felt like it was worth more than the price. There are a fair number of restaurants near the hotel, but they are far too few for the number of guests, so reservations are essential on weekends. Two men stayed there, and the room had a loft bed above the double bed, which I thought was quite practical. As expected of Super Hotel. It's a business hotel that's a cut above the rest, even if it's just practical, and I always feel glad I stayed there.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the customer service robot "Kohaku" was adorable! The hot springs were also very pleasant, with the unique, moisturizing water quality characteristic of Yamaga Onsen.
