If you would like to enjoy/experience typical high-end Japanese ryokan. You never regret choosing this hotel. The excellent dinner (I chose fugu-kaiseki) is offered at the individual dining rooms with great privacy. You enjoy quiet moment at their beautiful Japanese garden where many carps. People are very kind and attentive. I had a very impressive time there.

The front desk and meal staff are reasonably friendly and pleasant. There are not many rooms, and there are no drunken or group guests making a fuss, so you can spend your time with peace of mind. There are two room baths, a large public bath, and several private baths, all of which are kept clean. If there's even a little bit of dirt in the room, you'll have to skip the public bath and just take a bath in your room, but this one was so well kept that even those of us who don't like dirty places were able to use it. I don't like hotels that don't have towels in the bathroom, so I was relieved in that regard. This is one of the few hotels where I am not dissatisfied with both the food and quality.

沢山の鯉が行き届いて飼育されていて、ていれもきちんとした日本庭園の情緒ある旅館でした。館内のスタッフの気遣いも行き届いていて、素晴らしいです。しかし、他の方も口コミされていますが、このクラスのホテルで「極」のお食事であったのに、お料理や仕出しサービスはがっかりで、疑問が残るものでした。使ってある食材はさることながら、あまり手がかかっていなさそうな調理が多く、懐石でしたらもう一手間一工夫欲しいところです。お新香はHotto Mottoのお弁当についてきそうなものだし、デザートも手抜きでした。料理だけでかなり価値を下げ、もったいないと感じました。
