新山口駅前すぐの立地で遅い予約にも関わらず便利に利用できました。設備は古い部分も見えますがしっかり維持管理もされており部屋も広く快適に過ごすことができました。

フロントの従業員の方は口調も丁寧でとてもご親切でした。 ただ、季節柄、驚く程の湿気とカビ臭さに驚きました。消臭に気を使って頂いたり、チェックインの前に換気扇を回して頂ければ少しでも違うと思います。

新山口駅から道を渡ってすぐでした。 とても駅に近くて便利でした。 今回はバス旅がメインだったのでバスターミナルが一番近いホテルでここを選びました。 フロントの接客はとても良くて気分が良かったです。 全体に古さはありますがきちんと清掃されているので気になりません。 お部屋も広かったです。 一つ残念だったのはトイレがウォシュレットでなかったことくらいです。 他には近くにはセブンイレブンや飲食店もあったので立地も良いです。 料金も手ごろだったので機会があったらまた利用したいホテルです。
