Extremely satisfied with my stay! It was a Japanese-style room, and the common facilities were also very clean. What was an unexpected bonus was the onsen (hot spring) available. The location is also convenient, right behind the FamilyMart by the lake. If the weather is good, you can even see Mount Fuji from downstairs at the accommodation. I'll definitely recommend it to friends next time.

The environment is clean, and the service attitude is great. The owner is very kind; they upgraded me from a quad room to a single room. Plus, you can rent bicycles, which is super convenient.

The location is pretty good, with a convenience store nearby. However, there's no microwave. If you want to use a stove, you have to rent one for 3000 Yen, even if you just want to warm up baby food and not actually cook.

Better than expected, just 100m to the lake to see Mount Fuji. Lovely host.

I waited over 30 minutes to check in, and after all that, I didn't even get an apology from anyone except the Trip staff.

Very convenient location. It's about a 10-minute walk to the bus stop for the Shinkansen or Fujikawaguchiko. The view of Mount Fuji with the swan lake is amazing and also within walking distance. The room was very stylish, but the futon was a bit firm. The shared bath was clean and tidy. There's a small restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast was a little overpriced, but there's a FamilyMart and 7/11 nearby.
