The Hotel Fujiyama Reviews

Fuji mountain is beautiful,it was an unforgettable night in hotel,it’s not far from swan lake,just 1.2km. I recommend you go there in the morning to watch the sunrise.Hotel is not large but clean,we get fluent communication in every time we need ,such as calling a taxi etc. by the way ,don’t approach too late because there will be no public transportations to reach here including taxi.

Although it is a bit old, it is very clean and the environment is also very good

The hotel is indeed aging but remains charming! It offers typical Japanese rooms and rooms with beds and all of them are tidy and well maintained! The manager of the establishment is adorable and very accommodating. Breakfast is ok! The soup is a treat! Be careful because the restaurant does not offer dinner (at least during our stay). The only negative point is the distance from the “center” but buses pass regularly (except in the evening!).

Up close, you can see the first snowfall on Mount Fuji, and the roar of deer in the mountains and forests of Koshu. The luxuriant and abundant flowers extend their life.

The hotel is some distance from the station, but the surrounding environment is very good and quiet. There is no barrier to communication in English. The hotel manager is also very nice.

Awesome, a very unforgettable experience, the service is very good, the room is very large, there are internal hot springs and public hot springs in the hotel, small snacks are given for dinner, great!

I will definitely not order again next time. The agent made the order very quickly, but when I had questions later, he never replied. The same thing happened to the store. I called to discuss whether I could cancel. After confirming my name, they said it was no problem, but they turned around and deducted 80%, saying it was liquidated damages. I'm speechless. When I called you, even if you mentioned that there would be liquidated damages, I would reconsider whether to refund the money. Even if you want to deduct money, at least you have to tell me and let me know. Without saying anything, you have to deduct money. This money is too good to earn.

The breakfast was very delicious★The receptionist was very responsive ( ⚈̥̥̥̥̥́⌢⚈̥̥̥̥̥̀) I thought it would be nice if there were some shopping places nearby.

The air conditioner didn't work well and it was really cold.
