房間沒有瓶裝水的，都需要自己去買水和自己拿牙刷之類的，而且睡的房間有蜘蛛，地毯上也有小垃圾。但是廳內花園的環境不錯，可以拍照片，其他一般般，而且強制交温泉税（哪怕不要泡也要交）

We choose a room with mountain view and soooo glad that the sky was clear during our stay, we able to catch the beautiful mt fuji from our room! the hotel beautifully located at lake yamanko and near to many restaurants & konbini.
It also near to halal food (for muslim traveller). love that they also have onsen and provide yukata for us to use. Theres also famous cafe located nearby overlooking the mt fuji!

酒店地理位置很好，房間就能看到富士山，早上醒來房間一邊吃早餐一邊看日照金山，超級舒服。入住時前台很耐心講解酒店地理位置和設施，還送了很可愛的手繪地圖。酒店不遠處有自行車租車點，繞山中湖騎行是很不錯的體驗。門口就有巴士站，去河口湖很方便。

The hotel is very clean and there is very nice scenery of Fuji. On our first day, Fuji was visible with clear sky. The park at the back match Fuji very well in a picture. The room were also larger than rooms in Tokyo and Osaka.

Awesome place with great views. Staff is very helpful and kind. Spaces are clean. Room was cozy and spacious. Bus stops are close by if you can book online. Otherwise you'll have to walk some distance to the bus station.
