Able to choose self service amenities from the hotel lobby. Service is great as the staff are always willing to help out with queries in a fast manner. Had a comfortable stay

Turned up for first meal and showed my Japanese gluten free card. They looked a little puzzled/concerned but hopped to and found the chef who duly pointed out what I could eat from the selection on had. Same for breakfast the next morning. From then on, they brought out special dishes they had made for me and had them ready when I turned up for every meal. Best GF service I've had for a long time, and all so very polite in the Japanese tradition. Vert happy Other than that, its like stepping back in time to a 1980's Swiss theme. Comfy beds, warm and all facilities you need in a great location

We had the misfortune of staying one night at this property and I have no idea how they are in business. There is nothing I can say but don’t stay here !! The rooms are dirty, tired and dingy. The restaurant food is almost inedible and the staff have no idea what they are doing. The paint is peeling off the walls and the carpet is threadbare - we would have walked out if we had another option.

スキーで1泊しました。コロナ禍と平日のため宿泊客が少なく、夕飯・朝食とも定食式でした。お値段に見合った食事ですが食事時間を決めての夕飯は温かいものを提供してくれます。カレーは朝晩とも食べ放題。味は普通、悪くない！ セルフで食器を片付けるのでホテルというより旅館という雰囲気です。 全体的な構造は古さを否めませんが宿泊した部屋は綺麗に掃除されていました。冷蔵庫はありますが金庫はなかったです。そのため貴重品のことを考えて、お風呂は交代で行きました。 暖房は部屋では調整できません。部屋は暖かく薄着で滞在、夜寝静まる頃に暖房が弱まって、布団に入れるという感じ。 どの施設も同様ですが泊り客が今は少なくて寂しく暗さも感じます。ただガンガンスキーをしたい人にはコスパも立地も良いと思います。値段に見合ったホテルだと思いました。 車で来ている人はホテル前から一ノ瀬ファミリーに行くよりも、一ノ瀬ダイヤモンドスキー場の無料駐車場まで運転し、そこで降りるとすぐにゲレンデに出れるので楽です。
