Room is clean but amenities is old but acceptable. Bathroom got smell, need to solve. Bathroom light please shut down auto-light on. And please make dedicated floor for non-smoking for smoke sensitive guests.

The Staff was very friendly and the room very big

Very satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. The hotel is older and could use a bit of renovation but still a great experience. The view of the river and the mountains is beautiful. The desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. A great choice in Yan'an.

Located at center of town, near to sights of interest. Can find a lot of restaurants around. Room is clean, comfortable, out of my expectation. No smell of smoke. Would recommend.

A five-star bad review! During the National Day holiday, it was raining outside and freezing cold inside. I called the front desk, and the central air conditioning wasn't even blowing hot air. I woke up coughing and sniffling. This large, star-rated hotel is worse than a regular hotel, or even a small inn! Breakfast was like being in a tavern. Someone was watching porn at full volume, and the waiter ignored them and didn't try to stop them. A bad review, everyone beware!

The hotel has a great location, a large parking lot and convenient transportation. It is a local old hotel with complete facilities. The shower water is large and hot, the sanitary conditions are good, and the breakfast is also quite good. They are all special snacks from northern Shaanxi, which are very authentic. You can see Pagoda Mountain by opening the curtains of the room you stay in. It is only ten minutes away. It is very convenient to eat in the surrounding areas. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom door cannot be closed, and the bathroom is full of water.

However, perhaps due to the dry environment, the rooms tend to accumulate dust easily. The hotel restaurant is suitable for gatherings.

A few comments: The hotel feels a bit dated, the air quality is poor, and there's some dust. The shower was too strong and uncomfortable, the electrical outlets were loose, and the sink was severely clogged. The elevator lacked a key card function, which was a bit disconcerting. This suggests that the hotel's refined management and service still have some shortcomings. We hope to see significant improvements in these areas. We wish the hotel continued success!

Facilities: Complete and everything that should be there, but it is quite old, an old hotel. The toilet was originally separated into dry and wet areas. Due to years of disrepair, there is no sealing strip at the bottom of the bathroom door. Every time I take a shower, water will leak under the sink. The floor drain under the sink seems to be blocked and does not drain, causing a lot of water on the ground. Sanitation: The check-in is very clean. We stayed for four nights. The daily cleaning was very sloppy, and only some necessary items were replenished. Towels and bathrobes were not replaced. Shampoo and bath gel were not replenished in time. But as long as you and the waiter ask for it, they will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Environment: The room is large and transparent. You can see Pagoda Mountain from the window. The night view is also beautiful. You can sit on the toffee chair to drink tea and watch the night view. The hotel is in a prime location. It is within walking distance to major attractions, especially Pagoda Mountain, Qingliang Mountain, Taihe Mountain, Erdao Street Night Market, etc. Service: The front desk service is warm and responsive. The attitude is super good and super friendly. Warm and cozy goodnight porridge for two: very warm, but the porridge is very thin, not as delicious as expected. It is worth mentioning that the front desk is a treasure bag with everything you need.
