It's a cave-style hotel resort. The rooms are very unique. The facilities in the hotel are complete. The food in the restaurant is large and the night view is beautiful. The hotel also has a swimming pool and an animal viewing area. I met three peacocks walking in the parking lot😄

We arrived at the hotel very late, and it was a pity that we didn't see the night view of the hotel. The hotel said that the overall view was good, but due to neglect of maintenance, it always felt like a "decay" and empty scene everywhere we went. Service When people exit the main building of the hotel, there is basically no one to see. The hotel is relatively large, a garden resort-style hotel, but because it is so big, it is inconvenient to go anywhere, let alone on the way to the hotel. It is no exaggeration to say that it is in the wilderness! Even if you are a hotel resident, you have to pay extra for the hotel electric bus. The staff of the electric bus are also very coaxing. They like to ride or not. The price is just that. Maybe it’s because the boss has regular group customers and government groups to receive them, so it doesn’t matter. Individual travelers like us. Our whole family arrived at the hotel very late, and temporarily booked an extra room. Since we had two children, we applied to see if the children could receive complimentary breakfast. Since there were only two breakfasts in each room, the children happened to be extra. After discussing with the front desk for a long time, there is still no solution. I have stayed in so many five-star hotels, and there is no way to adjust this room type. Breakfast cannot be given to each person, and any entertainment facilities in the hotel have to be charged separately. This is the first time I have seen this hotel. Please make up your own mind about the environment of swimming pools, ponds and other places. They are dirty, the water is yellow, and it can bubble when exposed to the sun... If you have friends who have higher requirements for hotel projects, please avoid lightning. In addition, children must pay for breakfast immediately before they can eat in. It cannot be included in the room fee for check-out. In short, I feel that it is their management's problem. The management should really learn from the current hotel business model. 4-star accommodation, 3-star dining and entertainment.

The location of the hotel is really in the mountains. Looking at the navigation system, I suspected that I had driven the wrong route. It was not until I drove into the internal road of the hotel that things became clear. The entertainment facilities are really rich, especially the outdoor basketball court in the sports center, which is great. The uncle watching the venue was very enthusiastic and provided basketballs and boiled water.

The most satisfying place to stay while traveling. It’s tall and spacious with good service. Especially the beautiful lady Wu Caixia at the front desk took good care of us. She also gave the three children paper cuttings. It took 6 hours to cut them out. I was touched. Thank you. Highly recommended!

The hotel service is very good, the environment is good, and it has Yan'an characteristics. The self-driving trip is very tiring, but the hotel’s attentive service is great👍🏻. Special thanks to Wu Caixia. The service is excellent, professional and warm. She prepared toiletries and small gifts for the two babies, and also gave the children paper-cuts of their zodiac signs. The children were very happy^_^

You must come to the hotel before the sun sets, otherwise the nearby roads will be too dark, and driving there by yourself will test your driving skills.

Although it is a little far away from downtown Yan'an, it is a hotel with a particularly good experience. First of all, children like the cave-style rooms very much. Secondly, the children’s playground has almost everything they want to play on weekdays, which greatly meets their play needs. To my surprise, I woke up the next morning and found that there is a small hill behind the hotel. You can also climb a small hill for a walk after breakfast. The most touching thing is that the service staff in the VIP building, Sister Wu Caixia, is very good at service. Even though she is a lady, she is busy pulling boxes, delivering slippers and running errands, but she does not fail to provide five-star services👍 At the end, before checking out, the children were given handmade paper-cuts, which was really warm🤩. As soon as the car left the parking lot, they ran over and gave them a few bottles of water, saying that it was too hot to quench their thirst on the way🌹🤤 To be honest, after staying in hotels for so many years, the service in many five-star hotels is not as good as hers👍. I feel that the people in northern Shaanxi are so welcoming😁 Recommend it to all my classmates and friends, and also recommend that my colleagues in Yan'an choose this hotel for team building in the future. The first time I came to Yan'an, I booked a room with a cave experience. The price is not expensive. The entire hotel is very much like a resort. The entire VIP building is designed according to the cave style. The room is very interesting and the facilities are more comfortable. The hotel is also close to Nanniwan Airport, it is suitable for arranging the itinerary after catching a plane or landing 🤓

The environment is really good. I came to Yan'an for the first time and accompanied my husband to the training. I booked Cuiquan. The environment is beautiful, the air is good, the room facilities are very good, the staff is also very good and very responsible and enthusiastic. There is a separate hotel in the hotel. My housekeeper, Miss Liu Yunfang, is very nice and enthusiastic. She didn’t have time to have breakfast in the morning and she sent me it because she was afraid that I would not be enough. The service attitude is super good. I highly recommend it.
