Yan'an Cultural Exchange Center

Facilities: The amenities are new and well-equipped. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: The environment is good, away from the bustling city center. Service: Attentive service; it was cold, and hot congee was provided in the evening. Overall, it's highly recommended for a stay.

The breakfast was incredibly rich and the environment was very clean. It's also very close to the Yan'an Museum, just a short walk away.

Parking was convenient, and the overall environment of the room was decent, quite spacious. The hot water supply was excellent, and the front desk service was good; they were prompt in addressing and resolving any requests. My only minor issue was finding the parking spot the first time – I went to the wrong location. Next time, it would be helpful if clearer instructions or the exact address for parking were provided to avoid such mix-ups.

This hotel booking truly exceeded my expectations! During Golden Week, the value for money was outstanding. The entrance is grand and impressive, almost like a government building. The staff were professional and courteous. The room had exceptionally high ceilings, and the view outside was of rolling hills, making for a refreshing morning. I'd suggest adding toiletries and slippers for children to make it even better.

My travel companion and I had a very good experience. Yan'an Cultural Exchange Center has a modern style, and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and told us the breakfast times. When we ran out of water in the room, they brought more for us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The bathrobes in the room were a great bonus.

The breakfast was fantastic, I just wish we had stayed longer. There's a study room, which created a great atmosphere for my child to read books. The only downside was that no children's toiletries were provided, which was a bit inconvenient for my kid.

The environment is clean and comfortable, the service is good, there are plenty of parking spaces in the courtyard, and the breakfast has a wide variety. It was a very good experience, and it's also very quiet, so I had a great rest. This will be my first choice next time I come.

The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. I was very satisfied with this stay, very satisfied.

An excellent stay, truly recommendable. The room was very spacious, open and not at all cramped. The entire room was meticulously clean, with every corner spotless. The downstairs environment was pleasant, and the location was superb, with many restaurants nearby, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The overall living experience was very good, quiet and comfortable, suitable for both travel and family stays. Highly praised! I especially want to commend the ladies at the front desk; they were incredibly patient in answering any questions during check-in and check-out. In the end, due to a change in plans, I asked them to help cancel my extended stay, and they patiently assisted throughout the process! I really love these super helpful ladies!
