Everything was fine. He was very helpful and kind. The location is nice, 20 minutes from the bus stop. Recommended.

The owner was very welcoming and efficient, providing excellent pick-up and drop-off service and even helping with photos. The courtyard was meticulously decorated with modern, fully smart facilities. They also offered unique costumes for tourists to take photos, providing a truly authentic Shaanxi cave dwelling experience. The only downside was the unclear signage at the entrance. The house was located a bit deep inside, and I almost couldn't find it. It would be best to add a sign.

I was very pleased with the room. The breakfast was delicious. Facilities: Warm and comfortable environment with complete amenities. Service: Very attentive, and the photos were fantastic.

Choosing Lavande for business trips was such a wise decision! The moment I entered the lobby, I was enveloped in the soothing scent of lavender. Check-in at the front desk was incredibly fast, and they even provided helpful information about commuting routes. The room was clean and tidy, the Mousse mattress was perfectly firm, and it came with four different types of pillows – a good night's sleep was all it took to rejuvenate after a long business trip. The smart home features were incredibly convenient; voice control of the lights and curtains was super easy, no need to get up. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, a stable hot water supply, and the scented toiletries were delightful. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and convenience stores, and issuing invoices was a breeze. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose Lavande for my next business trip!

As with many hotels in china, no dissapointments. Be sure to go early to breakfast it gets crowded. But in a pinch, if the tables are full just use the big table in the lobby ! Hotel is nice and friendly.

Absolute gem – we extended our stay! Entering Hanting Hotel Yichuan felt like tea, cake, and a blanket in winter. We loved it so much we stayed longer. Staff: Front desk team (young man + ladies) cater to every need with sweet smiles and genuine care. Young Bao was super helpful. Rooms: Impeccable, bed clean and comfy. Parking: In front and off-site across the street. Slow charging facilities Now for the REAL highlight – 绿园土菜馆 (Lüyuan Tuguan Restaurant): After nearly 250 days of traveling across China, this is one of the best local experiences we've had. It's a humble family-run spot where we met the whole family – including the most adorable little girl who made us feel like we'd always known each other. The food is honest and soul-warming: bold, unfiltered flavors that taste like being invited into someone's home. Every bite lingers. If you want authentic Yichuan local life on a plate, find this place. Highly, highly recommended. The breakfast joint around the corner serves a smooth melt-in -the- mouth savoury silken tofu 豆腐脑 and made to order 油条 绝对宝藏酒店 – 我们续住了！ 走进宜川汉庭酒店，就像在寒冬里捧着一杯热茶、吃着一块最喜欢的蛋糕、盖着一条柔软的毯子。我们太喜欢了，所以续住了。 服务： 前台的小伙子和所有姑娘们，总是带着最甜的微笑、真诚的关心和专业的态度，满足你的一切需求。小鲍也帮了大忙。 房间： 无可挑剔，床品干净舒适。 停车： 酒店门口和马路对面都有车位。 重头戏来了 – 绿园土菜馆： 在中国旅行了近250天，这是我们所经历过最棒的本地体验之一。这是一家朴实的家庭餐馆 – 我们见到了全家人，还有一个特别可爱的小女孩，感觉就像认识了很久一样。菜品实在又暖心：味道浓郁、不花哨，就像被邀请到家里吃饭一样。每一口都让人回味。如果你想在宜川体验最地道的本地生活，一定要找到这家店。强烈、强烈推荐。

The hotel reception is excellent. Very helpful through a phone translator. This Yan’an hotel, like a high proportion in my experience, has a different name than on Trip.com. The name on the elevator is Pod Inn.  One of the revolutionary sites is a very short walk away: 25 yuan entrance plus 100 yuan deposit for the audio guide. Alipay doesn’t work, but WeChat does. Or bring cash. Great to be in Yan’an for the memorial museum: 1. You only need passport and to fill in details in the visitor book to get in 2. Free to get in and awesome because of the importance of this time. 3. Bring your translator camera app to get a lot more out of this amazing place.

The room was beautifully decorated with a unique style. Although it didn't have a window, the owner showed great care. The windowsill was beautifully decorated with wheat ears and lights. However, there was a constant sound of running water in the room at night.

Very good location, nice fancy hotel. I strongly recommend to book a room on Trip in advance, because the prices are higher, if you book at the reception. Shops and restaurants nearby.
