I like the view from the restaurant and appreciate all services provided in the restaurant. The food is very tasty and the service staff is always willing to make your dinning comfortable and memorable. The health club facilities are also very good. The resort is a value for money property. "I stayed at Novotel Yanbu and had an overall average experience. The rooms were okay (3/5) and met basic expectations. Cleanliness (2.5/5) and bathrooms (2.5/5) were slightly below average and could use better maintenance. There was a noticeable, unusual smell in both the rooms and the lobby, which did affect comfort at times. The location is the biggest advantage (8/10) — being close to the Corniche makes it ideal for night-time strolls and relaxing walks by the sea. Overall, the hotel is acceptable mainly because of its location, but improvements in cleanliness, bathroom upkeep, and odor control would make the stay more comfortable."

"The Canary Beach is a hotel that undoubtedly wants to be considered medium-high for what can be a local target, in reality the furniture in the rooms should be modernized, the concept of cigarette smoke (which was also soaked in the room) allowed everywhere should be reviewed and the hotel staff should be trained so that even a basic level of knowledge of English can be achieved. All in all, considering the offer and services generally provided in this part of Arabia, this hotel should be included in the list of the best in the medium price range. The hall is very characteristic, well kept, sumptuous and certainly offers a very pleasant impact. The rooms follow the same style (although old-fashioned), it is a shame to get lost in some details such as the lack of towels, the courtesy service of tea and coffee and this stale smell of tobacco in the background. Almost everything was recoverable, however, since after our requests (to be done directly in the hall with gestures, because on the phone I only heard "arabic-arabic" repeated) they immediately took care of bringing everything that was missing, continuing to do so generously even in the following days. A point in favor compared to other hotels in the same category, the presence of the swimming pool where we were able to swim until the evening wearing Western clothing (one-piece swimsuit) and enjoying total tranquility. The historic center can be reached on foot in about twenty minutes."

Soap that was put on the washing machine, the first use of contamination and hand contamination, was supposed to be a liquid, cleaner, healthy soap with the use."

"No one at the front desk can speak English and is not very friendly to foreigners. I can't find the order when I check in. Checking in and checking out is very difficult. The most frustrating thing is that the hotel doesn't know why there is no hot water. It says there is warm water, but It's not warm at all...that's why the sea view in the sea view room is good"
