I booked a king room, and it was absolutely beautiful, simple yet elegant. Front desk staff Xue and Shen Jin were great; they promptly brought me everything I requested. Free parking was a bonus. The hotel itself is truly lovely.

This hotel deserves a perfect 5-star rating! The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Shen, was incredibly professional and patiently answered all my questions. Check-in and check-out were seamless with no waiting time. This is definitely my go-to hotel for business trips. Housekeeping staff Wang Biqin provided excellent service and I was very satisfied. The tea bags provided were also delicious. Highly recommend! The hotel's environment is quiet and peaceful, and the hygiene is top-notch. My overall experience was fantastic!

Definitely a 5-star review! The front desk staff, Jinn, was professional and enthusiastic, patiently answering all my questions. The hotel was quite busy, and the front desk staff was a bit tied up with phone calls, so I had to wait a little for check-in. However, the hotel environment is high-end, stylish, and incredibly clean, making for an absolutely amazing experience! The facilities are also very complete, and the kids' play area is fantastic.

The breakfast package didn't include coffee, they said it wasn't time yet, and no alternative was offered. Upon checkout, I wasn't informed about the car not being registered, which led to me paying for parking. It was especially inconvenient because it was raining, and I couldn't go back to the lobby to re-register.

The room was quite new, and the overall facilities were pretty good. Couldn't believe they had a double-decker parking system in the underground garage, that was a surprise! The front desk's service and the lobby management definitely need improvement, though.

This is my second stay, and the new hotel is really great! The front desk service is excellent, the facilities are good, and there's no unpleasant smell. It offers great value for money. Please continue to have promotions; if I come to Yancheng again, I will definitely choose this hotel, haha!

新開的五星酒店，裝修大氣，衞生非常乾淨，工作人員服務意識都很好（除了前台一副很不高興為你服務的表情，當然了假期也能理解哈），迎賓主動給搬行李，餐廳門口的服務員熱情地幫我們解決了小朋友就餐。重點是早餐居然提供到中午12點，這就決定了它早餐種類非常多，魚湯麪很好吃，彌補了這次在鹽城沒吃特色的遺憾。小朋友在意見簿上寫道：我對你們很滿意。對比這次住的其他三家（華住、老牌四星），這家完全滿分。

前台陳華龍服務非常好，房間衞生很乾凈，設施也很完善，房內有智能語音控制，還免費幫我延遲到兩點退房，酒店早餐也很好很豐盛，一直到12點30才結束，是一次非常好的入住體驗
