During our trip, the kids wanted to find another hotel to rest and play. We picked one at random and were pleasantly surprised. The room facilities, ambiance, location, and service were all excellent. The butler Senlin was very welcoming and the hotel even provided free goodnight porridge, which was very thoughtful. We took the kids to the hotel pool, which was large and clean. We will definitely visit again next time.

I was incredibly satisfied with my stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. Lucy, our housekeeper, was fantastic. The hotel is also very nice, with an infinity pool. She even gave us a small gift upon check-out. So kind! ^_^

The hotel is really nice. The service started in the garage. The butler Zhang Senlin's luggage cart was waiting at the door to help with the luggage. There were hot towels and tea when checking in. The service details were very good. There was a fruit snack mini bar in the room. The photographer took great photos. It was very quiet to rest at night. It is a very suitable hotel for vacation. 總體來説，性價比不高，不值這個房價，服務還是很不錯的
雙床房沒有帶陽台的湖景房，且房間比較小，兩張床間隔距離非常窄，房間衹能看到湖景的一角
酒店早餐必須誇一下，做的很用心，還是很不錯的
有三個户外泳池，一個是無邊泳池，稍微大一點，還有兩個小的小童泳池，雖然是户外，但也應該定期清理一下，刷一刷，真的很臟，不該僅限於服務人員拿個網撈撈漂浮物
攔不住孩子很想要游泳，結果孩子進去遊一會兒都嫌臟了，不願意遊了，游完出來泳帽上都是臟東西

去酒店當天正好遇到罕見特大暴雨，進入酒店停車場和酒店大門一路相隔，可是卻沒有遮雨棚，雖然工作人員熱心幫忙打傘，但是設計還是缺陷，我們定的是私湯温泉房，實際就是把浴缸放在了房間和陽台的位置，酒店設計比較奇葩，特地打聽了一下，是香港設計師，衞生間全通透，淋浴房和坐便器全透明，毫無私隱可言，早餐屬於私人訂製，提前可以選擇菜品。這一點比較人性化和高端，酒店服務態度比較不錯，適合情侶度假和家人旅遊，總體來説過得去，除了硬件設計不夠人性，其他都比較用心！祝生意興隆！

這次入住，體驗還真有點有趣。房間裏的戴森吹風機屬實是個驚喜，一上手就知道是講究物件，瞬間拉高了文華細節質感。
客房裡用積分配了水果拼盤，內容還挺有“個性”：一個蘋果、一個帶約1/5“灰調濾鏡”的桃🍑，外加半根黃瓜，組合起來有種莫名的藝術感，以至於我沒忍心下嘴，就遠遠放着當“擺件”了。
房間遇到點小插曲，總覺得房間潔凈度差點意思，感覺有“神祕小訪客”，果不其然飛仙來了，非🦟非🪳，爬起來處理了一下，之後索性在大廳多待了會兒，困到不行才回房睡——也算和大廳進行了場特別的“深度交流”。
最讓人印象深刻的我正在結賬，前台立刻跑出前台送其他客人，其他客人對待前台也特別友善，“你要什麼樣子的點評發在我手機上，我幫你發在某程上”這種陌生人間的隨和互動，反倒成了挺温暖的記憶點，我應該學習。
作為第一次體驗攜程特價房的客人，本來還不太好意思點評，畢竟是680元的特價房，但這趟下來有驚喜有小插曲，還有這樣意外的友善互動，整體算一次挺新鮮的嘗試
