This year I chose to come to Yancheng for the Chinese New Year and stayed at the InterContinental Yancheng Gangfu Hotel. Every staff member in the hotel lobby was warm and courteous, making us feel at home. The beautiful lobby restaurant and rich breakfast add to the flavor of the New Year. This time I want to thank the staff of the InterContinental Hotel Hong Kong from the bottom of my heart. On the way back from the hotel, I suddenly discovered that my leather suit was missing. I immediately called the front desk of the hotel. The young man at the front desk immediately helped me find it and contacted the courier for me. Send it back. Thank you to the young man at the hotel for caring about the guests' concerns. This spirit of wholehearted customer service is worthy of praise. I would also like to thank a hotel attendant named LISA who gave us a beautiful small gift when we left the hotel. Her warm smile made us feel like spring breeze. New hotel, friendly staff but is going to be outdated soon. Bad sound proofing , lots of drunk Chinese people shouting in the corridor at night time. The breakfast variety is so poor for Europeans. Please teach your staff in the restaurant to cook sunny side up eggs and refill the dishes without reminding. Overall, it’s not “real Hilton” experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless—perfect for families. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation, a nearby mall, and plenty of dining and shopping options. The reception staff and housekeeping team were attentive and took great care of us. I’ll definitely be returning!

I have been with friends a few times and feel that the environment is not bad, much better than Vienna. The room was air-conditioned in advance, clean, with windows and good light. The bed is big enough, soft, and the cotton fabric is very comfortable. There is also a small refrigerator in the room, snacks and drinks inside 🥤 are free, and the aunt also helps to take takeaway, very enthusiastic. When checking in and checking out, the front desk lady was more enthusiastic, especially Xiaoyan's service was good, presented sweet potatoes, introduced supper, registered license plates, and the work was very meticulous. The hotel parking lot is large and there is no need to worry about parking. It is very convenient to walk directly to the nearby shopping mall. . . Will come again next time. . .

If you want to sleep in, you can just look at other places. Oufenghua Street starts playing music at 8 o'clock in the morning and lasts until about 11 o'clock. Not soundproofed

I rarely give hotels less than three stars, but I have to say this time. First, the advantages. The location is good and close to the water street, which is one of the reasons why I chose Shuicheng Hotel at that time. The disadvantages. One star is deducted for the poor air conditioning. Yancheng is now around 10℃ at night. The room is very cold. Adults and children are sneezing and running noses. One star is deducted for the poor shower. The shower head basically does not produce water. The water pressure of the top spray is very low. When children take a shower, the water is basically cold on their bodies. Half a star is deducted for the decoration smell in the room and the sound insulation is average. Half a star is deducted for the children's products, which are only toothbrushes and slippers, and the adult toothbrush sets are also average, not as good as those of Atour or Huanpeng. Another half star is deducted for the service, but considering that there may be many people during the holidays, let it be. In short, it is not recommended to stay with children.

在同價位裏絕對是佼佼者！位置在寶龍斜對面，周邊小吃很多，車行10分鐘到高鐵站，交通便利。房間乾淨整潔，雖然空間不算大，但足夠兩個人住，空調製冷快，熱水穩定。最驚喜的是床特別舒服，熬夜趕行程後睡一覺滿血復活～ 前台態度很好，問周邊攻略都會詳細解答，沒有額外推銷。人均百元能住到這樣的條件，太值了！
