感覺房間挺大的，就是感覺空調不太行，悶悶的，衞生間淋浴有點壞，老闆感覺人不錯，挺熱情的拿行李，房間裏沒有熱水壺，馬桶有點不是很乾凈，也沒有大的浴巾。不過才150多，性價比還是有的。

家庭酒店非常乾淨整潔，老闆和老闆娘熱情好客，訂的是三人間，寬敞舒適，離皇城相府北門走路200米，整個皇城村是全國十佳衞生村，環境非常好！

總體還可以，兩室的房間，三人入住面積有點小了。就皇城相府周邊整體的環境而言，感覺各類商家對於服務價格的期待有點高，衹是沒有高到離譜的程度

房子一樓主人住，二樓幾個房間客人住，房間內有獨立的衞生間，大廳共享。大廳裏有飲水機，隨時可以喝到熱水，很方便。床也很舒服。衞生間稍有一點點簡陋，房子隔音有一點點不好。總之中規中矩，家庭旅館，要求不高，挺好的，叔叔阿姨有求必應，滿意！
