設施：房間設施確實舊了點
衞生：但是挺乾淨的
環境：酒店在山上，後面就是景區，酒店門前房後的很漂亮
服務：服務特別特別贊，尤其是門前保安大爺大媽，兩個人特別貼心，我們到時候是個大媽我們剛停車就推來推車幫忙拿行李，走的時候是大爺的班，我們本想坐景區車，大爺已經很耐心的給我們指路，但是看我們走後還是不放心，又專門追上給我們帶過去。

房間很大，十分乾淨整潔，前台服務非常熱情，賓館環境優美，停車非常方便，景區來回接送非常方便快捷，還可多次免費進入相府莊園遊覽，非常適合帶長者小孩休閑遊覽

自駕山西第一晚，酒店環境很好，位置在山上，步行下山到景區門口大約20分鐘，有電瓶車可以接送，親子房間設備齊全，孩子喜歡小帳篷和積木桌，就是空調製冷效果太太太好了，除了冷沒別的毛病😂

昨晚上入住，體驗極差，入住時沒有空調，後來叫人來開，打到半夜又沒有空調，説是: 不是開空調的季節，拜託，昨日的最高氣温可是38℃啊！叫人半夜熱醒，無法入睡，電話還找不到打前台的按鈕，早晨起來太熱了，衹能急沖沖的逃出酒店。
浴室的淋浴房地漏不通暢，洗把澡，積水能夠到腳踝，真是噁心死了，，，
奉勸大家不要住這家酒店了，名氣好聽，設施已經太陳舊，管理也是一塌糊塗的。
酒店前台的服務還算到位，也是衹能勉強住的，下次肯定不來的。
