剛開始預訂房間的時候心裏還有點忐忑，因為看了差評的原因，入住後發現完全是自己多慮了，房東很好很熱情有問必答，並不是差評裏面説的那樣，完全沒必要被差評誤導了！房間是一線海景房，有一個大陽台，可以看日出，晚上還能在陽台看個免費煙花🎆，去了很多個海島，還是海陵島的沙灘會乾淨一點，附帶在房間拍的照片，非常有藝術感，大家放心住！推薦！

海景一流，房間很大，陽台也大，正對着大海，離十里銀灘走路幾分鐘，海水超級乾淨，，沙子也很細，海岸線非常長。民宿性價比高，衞生還不錯，老闆娘品味高，裝修風格很好，法式浪漫的感覺，床也很舒服，衞生間花灑水力足，都是品牌衞浴，有質感。樓下是一些大排檔，吃的便餐口味一般且島上物價較貴。出門就有電動車租，我們從8點到晚上10點60塊，價格還是不錯的，開去島上遊玩很方便。買了個258的團購海鮮套餐我們3個人吃得很飽，還可以，很多地方還沒玩，下次自己開車來會更好

房間可以看到大海，風景還是很好的，就是衞生有點不太好，住進去地上還有很多頭髮，還有就是那個空調有很大的響聲，一打開外機就像是拖拉機一樣，製冷效果也不好，建議店家換個好些的空調，還有房間可以看到日出，這點還是很棒的。

民宿離海邊很近步行幾分鐘就到了，海灘乾淨沙子細，玩的很開心。房間衞生乾淨，地板鋥亮，床鋪、傢俱沒灰塵，角落都乾乾淨淨，像剛精心打掃過，住得超放心。

民宿整體氛圍很不錯，周邊也很安靜，離海邊和商業街都挺近的，而且我覺得我們定的這個房間是看日出最好的位置，根本不用走到海邊。房間的床墊和枕頭超級舒服！在這裏休息和遊玩的都很好。
