Hello there are not breakfast when I went to take my breakfast they bring cold food maje before long time there are no Open buffet ,, when I talked about breakfast what is this I no eat like this ,, they answered me bad words if don’t like you out take your breakfast , when I go to manager upgrade my room ,, but really no happy also no one speak English there

Reception at arrival (midnight) was occupied by an arrogant employee, not helping at all. The other days, the receptionists were pretty good. Hotel was occupied from about 5% (estimation), breakfast was 1 possibility from 2 choices (rice congee or noodle soup). Surroundings is poor, many shops and restaurants closed, sea and beach full of garbage. Pools closed except very good pool on the roof of building 2. What to say more? The place looks like abandoned, not maintained, sad feeling.

It was a good first visit but we will probably not return. This side of the island is a bit bare and the food is all a bit same ish. The cleanliness could definitely be improved, as always the corners are pretty grimey. Overall, we had a pleasant stay but the fact that the beach and pool were quite expensive (between 118 - 156 per person) and the food options were very limited made it not the best place and we will try somewhere new next time. That said, the infinity pool on the top of the hotel is free and quite nice!

The service attitude is relatively good. If there are any missing supplies, they will be delivered in time. Since it is the off-season, the lady at the front desk upgraded the room.
Compared to Beiluo Secret Land, it is very quiet in the off-season. Many elderly people spend their holidays here. It is more suitable for people who like quiet leisure and relaxation.
It is not very convenient to eat nearby. If you have a car, you can drive to Zhapo to eat.
We live on a high floor. It was sunset when we came. Although the weather was average, the sunset was also very beautiful.
The most surprising thing was walking on the beach at night. It happened to be a full moon day. I saw a big and round moon and many stars. The craters on the moon were visible to the naked eye.

Check-in was very quick. I took the room card and checked in at Building 2 next to it. There are 32 floors in total. There is a popular swimming pool on the roof. The stay was very pleasant.
