地板黏糊糊的，跟一輩子沒拖過地一樣，WIFI欠費，連也連不上，晚上還有人敲門，問是不是我們打電話説房間有問題，説了沒問題還在門口不走，一直往裡麪瞟，大晚上的嚇**，差評。

房間空間挺大，衞生也還可以，還有個陽台，陽台拉門門鎖似乎不太好使沒鎖上。入住的時候特意跟老闆説要個安靜點房間，入住感覺還可以，但半夜門外不知道什麼聲音一直噹噹響，本以為響一會會停止，但聲音一直持續到早上，給前台打了3次電話也沒人接，發微信也沒人理，弄的一晚上都沒睡，房間隔音效果很差，凌晨左右外説話聲都能聽的很清楚。睡眠不夠好的還是不要住了。

這個公寓離我出差的地方比較近，新開的設施都還可以，就是洗漱用品很差。最開始住了兩次印象還是挺好的，今天卻讓我噁心到了，老闆居然在我進門後改房價，進門後跟老闆寒暄了兩句，再一看房價居然比進門前漲了幾十，並不是這幾十塊錢我出不起，他們家兩百五六的時候我也住了兩天。希望老闆以後格局大點吧！

衞生：衞生方面，看圖，很直觀，進門一股煙味，原來煙頭都沒清理，窗台，衣架，空調，哎
設施：沒啥説的，能用也就是
環境：大路邊，看個人嫌不嫌吵了
服務：正常，該有的客氣都有
小建議，空調該加氟了，衞生最好親自，仔細檢查一下
