JL Hotel (Guilin Julong)

The hotel environment is stunning—the property itself is a scenic attraction. The restaurant is great; as parents traveling with kids, we had two meals there. On the day of our checkout, since we had to catch an early high-speed train, they even packed breakfast for us, which was so thoughtful. We were also very satisfied with the vacation photography service—no hidden traps or gimmicks, definitely worth a try.

Every time I visit, I stay in Jishui, and this trip was particularly surprising. I discovered another hidden gem of a hotel! The view outside the window was like a blockbuster movie. I checked in with my two kids, and the butler thoughtfully upgraded us to a family room. Sitting by the window, everything just slowed down. Watching the mountains shrouded in mist during the light rain was truly relaxing. My little girl's comment, 'It's so clear!' perfectly described the room! I originally chose this room because it had a washer-dryer, but I never expected so many pleasant surprises after checking in. The afternoon tea was also delicious, and my two kids enjoyed it very much 👍. I especially loved the tea brewed with red dates and passion fruit. The restaurant also had Guilin rice noodles. It was the first time my kids tried Guilin rice noodles, and they both ate so much, basically a large bowl each. For me, seeing my kids unlock new food experiences, try new ingredients, and be happy and satisfied is the surprise I wanted. From now on, their standard for Guilin rice noodles will be based on this, haha! The hotel is very clean, and the tidiness feels absolutely five-star. It's on par with, if not better than, the InterContinental next door in terms of service, and the view is definitely superior. Plus, with all these additional services, it's a perfect choice and a perfect trip. I've saved this hidden gem of a hotel and have already recommended it to my friends.

The location is right in the Ten-Mile Gallery, making it very convenient for getting around. The room has a huge floor-to-ceiling window, and lying in bed looking at the scenery is absolutely beautiful. The room facilities are also very comprehensive. The Sky Mirror on the top floor is fantastic for photos, and the travel photography skills are also excellent; the blue sky and majestic mountains look incredibly good. In the evening, they even offer heartwarming goodnight noodles, which are super delicious. The staff's service attitude is also very good, and they respond quickly to any issues.

This is my second time visiting Yangshuo, and I've returned to Julong Town. Every stay here is incredibly comforting. The rooms are clean, and the thoughtful touches like late-night snacks, breakfast, and afternoon tea are wonderful! Our room had panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning mountain views right from the bed. It was clean and spacious. We stayed in a family suite, which even had a washing machine – super convenient when traveling with kids! The bathroom also had a separate wet and dry area. You absolutely must check out the 'Sky Mirror' on the rooftop; the distant mountains and clouds reflecting on its surface make for amazing photos, and there's even a complimentary travel photoshoot with your stay. The hotel also has an infinity pool, and swimming with those mountain views is truly therapeutic.

Dragon Resort Yangshuo is an absolute gem of a hotel! The environment is stunning, the rooms are clean and tidy, and it's super close to the Ten-Mile Gallery and the pier. The staff are enthusiastic and proactive, providing thoughtful service. The complimentary travel photography experience during our stay was fantastic, and we also enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea. The resort ambiance is incredibly relaxing and picturesque, perfect for photos. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Yangshuo!

The hotel's location is very close to the Shili Hualang pier, making transportation convenient. The hotel breakfast offers authentic Guilin rice noodles, and the buffet is plentiful. The main draw for me was the view, and the Sky Mirror on the rooftop is beautiful. The complimentary travel photography offered by the hotel was also great, and experiencing the ethnic costumes was a fantastic bonus. The only minor inconvenience was the gym.

Choosing the right hotel is so important when traveling to Yangshuo! Open the window and you're greeted by endless karst mountains – the scenery and atmosphere are just incredible. The room was clean and fresh, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. The staff were warm and attentive, and very responsive to any requests. The hotel is also great for travel photography; overall, my stay was comfortable and relaxing. It's definitely worth staying here when you visit Yangshuo, highly recommend!

Choosing Julong Town in Yangshuo was definitely a great decision, no regrets! 👍 The location is perfect, right in the Ten-Mile Gallery, and very close to the Yulong River, making getting around super convenient. The room had massive floor-to-ceiling windows, and as soon as you opened the curtains, you were greeted by endless karst mountain views. Lying in bed and gazing at the mountains and rivers, the ambiance was just incredible! 🏞️ The room facilities were excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and there was even a washer-dryer combo, which was incredibly handy for doing laundry while traveling. The hotel amenities were extensive, with a Sky Mirror on the top floor that was fantastic for photos 📸, an infinity pool, and a large courtyard. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the freshly cooked Guilin rice noodles were delicious. There was also afternoon tea, and a thoughtful late-night noodle dish in the evening – the attention to detail was impressive. The staff were also very helpful and responsive to any issues. It's suitable for both couples and families on vacation. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Yangshuo!
