Great location with helpful people at the receptionist. Booked it for the rooftop and it didn’t disappoint. Pool was clean so were the chilling areas. They help with booking discounted tickets too!

Amazing pool with 360 view, 25 min walk out of town but we found it very peaceful. Spacious room and helpful staff. We rented bicycles in town which was so fun, one of the highlights was the impressions show - definitely go!!

The location is close to the city center, but the surrounding area is relatively dirty and not well maintained, and the views are not very attractive.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was amazing, and the bathroom with the panoramic view made it feel truly special. The rooftop pool was великолепent, and the hotel had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They helped us rent a scooter and even taught us how to ride it. They also kindly cut up fruit for us whenever we asked and gave us a lot of useful help with getting around the city. The hotel also provides an iron, washing machine, and dryer, which was a huge advantage during our long trip. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Special thanks to the receptionist who checked us in — the chubby guy with glasses working the evening shift — and also to the girl with glasses who works in the mornings. Both of them provided outstanding service and made our stay even more memorable!

Best experience. They helped me so much when i couldn't connect to any wifi and my data was not working. Rooms are clean, spacious and bright. Location is great, not too much noise and there is a pool with breathtaking view. Renting a scooter was really smooth and nice, definetely would come back. 10/10 !

Very clean and confirmed. Light switches and outlets by head board. Pool was nice, sometimes it is heated. Office staff super nice. Even though i checked out they still let me from same day and use the lobby bathroom to change. If my room hadn't already been cleaned they would have let me wash off but wasn't a big deal to me. Walking right outside there are plenty of places to eat and xijie west street is a straight shot about 10min walk from here. They offer mopeds to rent as well but i didn't used that service.
