He'an Shanju Hotel (Yangshuo West Street Shili Gallery Branch)

The bedroom was spacious. The bed was soft, the tatami mats were comfortable, and the heating was excellent. However, the bathroom was a bit small, and some toiletries were insufficient; for example, there was no comb, no conditioner, and not many slippers were provided. There were only five hangers, and you had to go up and get them yourself when asking a staff member. The staff didn't offer to help with luggage either.

The hotel opened in January of this year, and the facilities are relatively new. During my two-day stay, the wardrobe was soaked with water on the first day. I asked staff to come and clean it, but no one did; I ended up wiping it off myself with a towel. This suggests the housekeeping staff didn't clean properly. We finished the two bottles of mineral water provided and asked the front desk for more, but they said it would cost extra. In the past, hotels usually offered free water if I asked for more. Overall, the facilities are acceptable, but the service is lacking.

The parking lot is terrible; there are few spaces and the ground is bad. I was asked to move my car three times in one night during a heavy rain.

The hotel is relatively new and parking is convenient, but the service is lacking, the surrounding area is terrible, there's no breakfast, and even though I asked for my room to be cleaned as soon as I left in the morning, it hadn't been cleaned when I returned at 2 PM. Asking the front desk for toiletries took half an hour to arrive. If you require specific services, you can choose not to contact them.
