Booked this hotel for the Golden Dragon parade. Even though I couldn't see the big show from Yulong Bridge that's online, the Golden Dragon made a turn here, and there were fireworks, which were very clearly visible from the room. The misty morning was also quite beautiful.

I had my eye on this guesthouse for a while, and the moment I confirmed my trip to Guilin, I booked it that same day. The scenery is absolutely stunning, right by the Yulong River. On Friday and Saturday nights, and during holidays, you can watch the Golden Dragon parade from the guesthouse itself, enjoying a drink without having to brave the crowds below. Waking up to see the clouds nestled halfway up the mountainside is just breathtaking. This place is truly beautiful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yangshuo!

The staff was very responsive, the hotel was very clean, and the views were incredible. You can even have a photoshoot on the hotel rooftop in costumes and enjoy tea in the traditional Chinese-style hotel lobby. An objective review from a college student's May Day trip: The owner is a really nice person. It's quite a distance from West Street; it takes about 25 minutes to get there by electric scooter. It's generally more suitable for those driving. The scenery is beautiful, and you can watch the Golden Dragon Parade at night. There's free breakfast in the morning, and the owner's freshly made soy milk is delicious!
