Extremely satisfied! The environment is lovely, and it's not crowded, so it feels very private. The service attitude was excellent; in the evening, they even helped my elderly family member all the way back to their room in the villa. The private swimming pool was fantastic – I think it was fed by spring water because my skin felt so smooth after swimming.

The hotel is near Moon Hill Scenic Area, quite a distance from West Street. You need to take a shuttle bus from the parking lot to the lobby. The package included double breakfast, one main meal, and afternoon tea. Overall, the food quality was good and quite delicious.

My stay at the Xiangzhang Hotel was a great experience! The hotel is located within the Ten-Mile Gallery scenic area, boasting a beautiful environment with independent small quadrangle courtyards. The rooms are spacious and include a separate living room. Breakfast is à la carte, allowing you to try various styles of delicious and exquisite dishes. The butler was very responsible; they responded quickly whenever I had a question. I also want to give a special shout-out to the travel photographer, Chenchen 📸. Her photography skills are outstanding! She's great at finding angles and guides poses naturally, resulting in stunning photos. Even the original shots have a wonderful ambiance. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend her! Additionally, the hotel's spa is worth trying; the masseuses are from Bali and their techniques are professional.

Very satisfied! The butler service was attentive and thorough. The villa itself was well-equipped, clean, and hygienic, making it perfect for families with both young and old. The surrounding mountains and water created a wonderful environment. 👍

Absolutely loved it, the perfect escape. We had a blast behind closed doors, just chilling out. The environment is really well-maintained; even though my family and I are usually mosquito magnets, we didn't get a single bite! The spa is definitely worth experiencing, and the food isn't expensive either.

This hotel is truly recommendable! It left me with wonderful memories, and if I ever return to Yangshuo, this will definitely be my first choice. There were no mosquitoes (no exaggeration, I didn't see a single one), and the pool water was crystal clear with good circulation. Both large rooms were spotless, every nook and cranny. The breakfast tasted great and was well-presented (it's à la carte, but you're not limited to the set menus; you can mix and match items or even customize, and the taste far surpasses most chain five-star hotels). Dinner was also good, and the afternoon tea was decent. All the staff, from the front desk concierge and restaurant service to housekeeping and the gardeners, had excellent service awareness. Their friendly attitude felt genuine, unlike the masked smiles you often get at chain five-star hotels. Before nightfall, they would proactively come to do a quick tidy-up, change towels, and restock the drinks and cookies in the mini-fridge. I even canceled my planned excursions just to stay at the hotel; this is truly what a vacation should be!

An experience that exceeded all expectations! The bedroom and living room were separate, which was perfect. During the day, I could relax in the living room with some tea while watching the kids play in the pool. At night, I'd retreat to the bedroom for a good night's sleep. We stayed for three nights and didn't even leave the resort – it was just that good! The environment was fantastic. The hotel offers free bicycles and electric scooters, and there's complimentary afternoon tea, a mini-bar, and fresh fruit every day. The spa was particularly amazing! I think the technicians were Indonesian, and it was so much better than the Banyan Tree! I'll definitely be back!

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. The pool was always clean with circulating water, making it a perfect spot to spend a whole day at the hotel. It's really great. The hotel also offers free electric scooter rentals, which is a nice touch. The location is excellent too, with several attractions right outside the entrance. However, a special heads-up: definitely avoid the cave rafting at Yuanbao Mountain Scenic Area right by the entrance. It's an absolute rip-off and quite frankly, garbage.
