Based on your false information and subjective, presumptive, and malicious comments, we must hereby issue a solemn clarification to set the record straight. The House Rules are intended to protect the lives and property of all guests and are not "rules" set by the hotel. Their precise and direct wording serves as a warning, and their core purpose is safety, not service restrictions. Your interpretation of these safety warnings as "hotel arrogance" is a profound misunderstanding. As a business establishment, we have the responsibility and obligation to post these rules as required. Misinterpreting the public security department's mandatory safety notice as "hotel arrogance" has unfairly harmed our reputation. Furthermore, you insisted on booking a king-size room even though you knew full well that your family of four couldn't possibly stay in one (which we observed visually upon arrival, confirming our lack of space). You also requested a chaise longue (an extra bed in disguise) for your room. We immediately called you, but you deliberately ignored our calls. We had no choice but to bring a sofa from another room and place it in your room. We also prepared all the quilts and amenities for you, and warmly welcomed you upon your arrival! Because we received criticism from our boss regarding our review, we reviewed all the videos from that day to prove our innocence. We didn't have any issues with your service or anything else, but after checking, we discovered a video in the elevator showing you announcing the overbooking to your spouse, which irritated you. You said you'd film it and write a review about it, and you did. However, upon your arrival, we didn't mention that you were overbooked. Instead, we informed you that a sofa had already been prepared for you. CCTV footage also showed that you were very satisfied with your entire stay and interacted very well with our front desk lady. Because you wanted to try the local tuna, she even called someone to get it to you, free of charge! Your actions made us truly appreciate the story of the farmer and the snake! For future hotel reservations, we recommend booking a twin or family-friendly room for a more comfortable stay. We wish you a happy stay!
