Response from Property: 尊敬的外賓，感謝您給酒店的點評！您預訂的全景房酒店是有2間房的，平台上的照片是其中1間房的圖片，另外1間房沒有上，前台這邊是隨機排房的，如果客人指定要平台上看到的那間房，前台這邊會盡量幫忙預留。因為我們不知道您想住與平台上看到一樣圖片的房，所以開始排了另1間，後面您跟前台説了，這邊立馬給您調了房，很抱歉，給您添麻煩了。房間的空調都是好的，服務員做衞生，都會清洗的哦，您入住期間有任何問題都可以隨時聯繫前台，我們是24小時值班的，前台會及時儘量處理每位客人入住期間遇到的問題。祝您：旅途愉快，工作順利！

The temperature was over 20 degrees Celsius on your first day, but suddenly dropped to a few degrees on the second day, which may have made it difficult for you to adjust. If you are looking for a hotel with central air conditioning or two air conditioners in one room, around 100 RMB per night, it may be difficult to find one in Yangshuo County. However, we always arrange free parking for guests who book with us. Our underground parking is indeed a bit steep, but it should fit most cars with normal chassis.
