We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The territory is very green and well maintained. We liked our room a lot, so cozy, stylish (Chinese traditional style) and clean. Very comfortable! The heating worked well. The breakfast and the menu are really good too. Thank you for the staff for their great help and service! We are planning to come back here with our family in spring, will stay in the 2 rooms detached villa!

This place is marvelous! It’s the coziest and most authentic hotel in China. We’ve been all over China except Xinjiang and Tibet, and never stayed at such a beautiful place. We were a bit worried about the heating in the room during winter time, because usually there is no heating in the south of China. But everything turned out fine, the hotel provided us with electric blankets, it felt super warm, and there was air conditioning heating. The staff were very friendly. They helped us to book a one-day tour with a driver to the most famous places in Yangshuo. Gave us plenty of tangerines 🍊 Thank you, Alian, Julie, Sophia and Vivienne. The territory of the hotel represents a traditional Chinese garden with a beautiful pond, ancient style bridges and pavilions. You can arrange a photo shot using traditional Hanfu costumes, which are available for free.

Very clean and nice hotel in Yangshuo, not directly in the city center, which is a good thing. The courtyard is beautiful restored and the rooms are in old renovated houses. The rooms are big and come with heated blankets! The staff is extremly helpful with knwoledge of the area and helping with booking of activities. They also speek very good English. We had a wonderful time!

Our stay at the hotel were amazing. Julia, Sophia and Vivian went over and above to look after us. The helped us plan our day trips and organized evening tickets for us for shows. The also helped out with a bank issue which was so hopeful in a time of stress. The location and rooms were beautifully presented and would highly recommend to anyone staying in the region.

Have to start by mentioning the excellent pre-travel service that the staff offered: sorting ferry tickets and itinerary, even helping us get back to Guilin train station.  The grounds are lovely, you feel like you’ve stumbled into a monastery. The lodges are rustic without sacrificing comfort or amenities. Particularly enjoyed the balcony, table, chairs and tea set. Recommend eating your meals at the hotel as well, good menu including the local ‘beer fish’ dish. Thank you Sophia, Julia and Richard for making our stay memorable!

Had the best time in Yangshuo thanks to the people in this hotel. They speak fluent English, and all the receptionist staffs were very helpful. One of them always gave us some recommendations on where to go and how to get there in details, one of them helped us to retrieve lost sunglasses from the scooter place, one of them taught us how to ride a scooter. Breakfast was delicious and freshly made. The staff in the breakfast area spoke English too. Room was so clean and they even have tea making set in the room. Definitely would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. Thank you Sophia, and the other 2 receptionist staffs that I unfortunately didn't know their name.

The hotel is a perfect getaway for your trip to Yangshuo. We enjoyed every bit of our stay with good food, excellent service, clean rooms and a beautiful outdoors scenery. We don’t give 5 star ratings often but this hotel definitely deserves it! The free bikes to explore the Yulong river are a must try as well, staff gives excellent recommendations to explore the area.
