Must have been the worst breakfast I ever had and the bed in the room was hard as concrete. The Shower itself was barely holding itself together. Location however was good.

It's a small hotel but the rooms are very beautiful and spacious. On the day. I checked in, the lift was out of service. 小玉 was apologetic and and offered to carry my huge luggage up to the room. She was kind, patient and friendly and took me in her scooter to the boating site and fetched me back. The location is convenient to walk on the West Street. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel provides a great location to access the town famous West Street and its night life. It also provides a wonderful customer service in my opinion. As I am sensitive to cigarette smoking smell, the front desk staff guided us to choose between 2 available rooms to pick the one that we didn’t feel dizzy staying a night. The room is roomy and nicely remodeled. It has a huge wall to wall window facing one of the beautiful signature cone-shaped mountains. On our check out morning, the staff made sure that I called for a correct destination on the didi app as well as saw us off to get into our didi.

No.9 is a wonderful and beautiful hotel right in down town Yangshuo. They're staff are also super friendly and helpful!

The location is perfect ! 3mn walk from the famous West Street and a lot of shops.
The staff were amazingly nice ! I didn’t speak Chinese very well but they did all they could to understand and fulfill my requests. I could check out later without paying any additional fee. I really loved my nights here, I felt very comfortable. They offer electrical scooter rental for cheap. They made me love Yangshuo even more.

Room very clean and tidy! Awesome view! In the middle of the town but not very chaotic during night. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. I would suggest this hotel. :)

This hotel is strategically located, a short walk to West Street and the beautiful river. The room is clean, the staff are excellent, they are very helpful with tour booking, giving ideas where to visit, organising a taxi. The housekeeping and kitchen ladies are frienfly, all smiling, providing delicious homemade breakfast in their little kitchen. The hotel provides a washing machine with free detergent. Special thank you to 2 reception girls: Zhao and Xiao Tan, who are always patient with my requests. The hotel uses wechat and translation app to communicate with non Chinese speakers. A small good hotel in good lication, with very affordable price.
