The two hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond for us. We pre-arranged a pickup from the pier (30 RMB per person). They also drove us to catch the sunset in the afternoon and the sunrise the following morning (50 RMB for the ride). The hostess's homemade beer fish was absolutely delicious, and she's such a lovely person. For breakfast, you could ask her to prepare fresh rice noodles with meat and egg for just 10 RMB a bowl. The host even offered to drive us to Yangshuo if he had the time, which was an amazing perk! Absolutely fantastic service and hospitality! Highly recommended! 👍👍

MM428749****Revisiting Chuxin Homestay was just as delightful as the first time! This time, I chose the Early Summer King Room, which was absolutely fantastic. It's spacious and even comes with a mahjong table, offering distant views of the mountains. Every photo I took was stunning, no filter needed!
The service and cleanliness were, once again, impeccable. Staying for three nights, the room was cleaned spotless every single day. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and I slept incredibly sound and deep each night. It felt just like the comfort of home, instantly curing all my travel fatigue.
The location is simply unbeatable. It's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby; you can walk to authentic Yangshuo-style farmhouse restaurants. Getting to tourist spots is also quick and hassle-free. The biggest surprise, though, was Fa Cai, the adorable and well-behaved pet at the homestay. He's so affectionate, and I'd spend ages petting him every time I passed by – he instantly brightened my mood.
I've already added this place to my top must-stay list for Yangshuo. I'll definitely choose Chuxin again next time. It's a perfect score for both value for money and the overall experience. You can book with confidence; you won't be disappointed! ✨

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the Ten-Mile Gallery. If you walk left for about 4 minutes, you'll reach the Gongnong Pier, which is the disembarking point for bamboo rafts. After the raft ride, it's super convenient to just walk straight back to the hotel. To the right, a few minutes' walk brings you to the Big Banyan Tree Scenic Area. It's also incredibly close to Ruyi Peak, just a 15-minute taxi ride, and a 25-minute taxi ride to Silver Cave. Getting to Yangshuo West Street is also just a starting taxi fare. Attractions like Julongtan are just across the road, seriously, it couldn't be more surprising! There's a bridge in front of the hotel, which also doubles as a pier, and you can watch the sunset from there. The breakfast is also delicious and plentiful. Most hotels charge for drinks in the mini-fridge, but this one provides them for free, and they even offer fresh fruit and candy every day. The hotel also has a popular restaurant right by the Yulong River at its entrance, and the food there is great too. Overall, the experience was top-notch, and the front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

UU447367_1380117****The hotel's facilities are very modern, clean, and beautiful. Not only did they offer complimentary afternoon tea, but there was also a late-night snack service. I initially planned to stay one night in Yangshuo during my road trip, but because the hotel's service was so exceptional, I extended my stay for another day, and they even gave me a discount. The in-room amenities were also very complete. My clothes took a long time to dry overnight, and the hotel staff kindly helped collect them and returned them to my room the next day, making us feel completely at home. My experience in Yangshuo was fantastic; not only is the scenery beautiful, but the people are wonderful too. The hotel's photography service was also incredibly professional. I only expected to get three retouched photos as a complimentary gift, but the photos turned out to be stunning. I ended up taking all of them and even received a discount. These are our family's genuine feelings. I highly recommend staying here.

Environment: The hotel's location is convenient and the environment is great – clean and tidy, very spacious. There's a mountain view right outside the window, making it very pleasant to sit by the floor-to-ceiling window and have tea! They also have a projector, so you can relax well at the hotel when you're not out and about. The hotel breakfast is also very rich.
Location: It's about a 500-meter walk to West Street, where there's a huge variety of food and a lively atmosphere.

Before coming to Yangshuo, I researched countless hotels, and finally chose BO HOTEL. It completely exceeded my expectations – the location, facilities, and service were all impeccable, truly deserving of a five-star rating!

The hotel is right at the entrance archway of West Street. Step out, and you're in the bustling pedestrian street, filled with local snacks, souvenir shops, and pubs. In the evening, you can explore the night market and grab late-night snacks within a 2-minute walk. No need for a taxi when you're out late, which feels incredibly safe. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Li River, where a stroll by the river breeze is super relaxing. You can rent the hotel's electric bikes and reach Yulong River bamboo rafting and the Ten-Mile Gallery in just 20 minutes; the bikes are in great condition, making transportation super convenient. It's about a 40-minute drive from Yangshuo Station. If you're driving, there's free underground parking, so no worries there.

The light industrial design really spoke to me! The lobby is thoughtfully decorated, with a stylish spiral staircase. The public areas also feature a coffee corner and a reading nook, perfect for capturing atmospheric photos. We stayed in the West Street Night View King Room. The room layout was well-designed, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the vibrant West Street nightlife, with glimpses of the distant undulating mountains – beautiful both day and night. The most pleasant surprise was the soundproofing. Despite being right next to West Street, the soundproof windows kept the noise out, allowing even light sleepers to enjoy a full night's rest.

The bedding features a KingKoil zero-pressure mattress, soft and comfortable, providing instant relaxation. The pillows and duvet were high-quality, ensuring a natural wake-up call. The separate wet and dry bathroom was clean and tidy, with ample hot water, and the disposable amenities were of unexpectedly high quality. For families with children, the Kids' Fun Family Room is available, equipped with rocking horses and children's toys. The hotel's location is absolutely prime, situated at No. 36 North Road, Yangshuo County. It's just a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of West Street's commercial area, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and enjoying a drink at a bar. Yet, it manages to avoid the street's hustle and bustle, offering a wonderfully peaceful experience amidst the vibrancy. Transportation around the hotel is also incredibly convenient; you can walk to the Li River, ride an electric scooter to the Ten-Mile Gallery in about 15 minutes, and it's not far from Xingping Ancient Town or the Impression Liu Sanjie scenic area. It's ideal for both independent travelers and families.
Stepping into the hotel, I was immediately captivated by its New Chinese style. The ground floor features a traditional Chinese courtyard with beautiful bonsai and a pond, creating a misty, ethereal atmosphere perfect for photos. The public area also has a tatami tea room that offers complimentary coffee and tea, making it a delightful spot to relax, sip tea, and chat. The most surprising feature was the 800-square-meter sky garden on the 5th floor, boasting a 360-degree observation deck and an Instagram-worthy infinity pool. With Yangshuo's iconic karst landscapes as the backdrop, you can watch the Li River sunset on a clear day or admire the mountain mist on a rainy day. Every picture taken here turns out stunning; my friends couldn't stop snapping photos. In the evening, they even host open-air movie screenings here, which, combined with the gentle breeze, creates an incredible ambiance.
The room decor was equally impressive. The minimalist yet tasteful interiors are complemented by large, bright windows. Some room types even come with a scenic balcony and a separate bathtub, allowing you to enjoy the green mountains and waters while bathing. Our mountain-view king room was spacious and impeccably clean. The smart home features were very convenient to use, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For families, the duplex panoramic king room is perfect, featuring a private viewing terrace and a swing, spacious enough for the whole family to gather.
The thoughtful service was evident in every detail. The front desk staff were cheerful and enthusiastic, happy to answer all our travel questions, and even helped us book tickets and plan our itinerary. The hotel thoughtfully provides free electric scooter rentals – the pink and green scooters are super eye-catching on the road, and riding them to the Yulong River for rafting or through the Ten-Mile Gallery was incredibly enjoyable. The breakfast was truly generous, offering Guilin rice noodles, assorted grains, eggs, fruits, and soy milk – all plentiful and delicious, providing a perfect start to the day's adventures. Additionally, there's a children's play area, self-service laundry, and luggage storage, making it stress-free for those traveling with kids.
For just over 100 RMB per person, you can stay in a scenic room and enjoy so many high-quality services – the value for money is truly exceptional. Whether it's a romantic getaway, a trip with friends, or a family vacation, this hidden gem of a hotel nestled among the mountains and rivers will meet your needs. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yangshuo!

This was one of our best experiences in China. I would recommend this place to anyone. The villa/farmhouse we stayed in is perfect for big groups. The villa/farmhouse has 5 big bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower and western toilet. The food at the hotel was brilliant! The courtyard in front was lovely in the mornings for breakfast, and the restaurant on the roof was amazing in the evening, looking over the mountains. We loved it, will definitely be back there soon! Thank you for an amazing stay and friendly hospitality.

ZZhaocaimiaoyimeiThis hotel is quite beautiful, right by the Lijiang River entrance. It's very convenient, just a 7-8 minute walk to West Street. The rooms are spacious and all offer scenic mountain and river views.
What truly stands out is their afternoon tea – it's delicious and fresh, almost comparable to a five-star hotel. Breakfast is also very rich, featuring many Cantonese dim sum dishes, as well as Guilin rice noodles. The food is definitely more refined than at other hotels. Their rooftop (or 'sky') area is especially expansive and great for photos, particularly when the sun is out.

GGuest UserAn amazing environment to stay in, totally Feng shui, very tasteful, bright new facilities and SMART high tech in the rooms. Excellent cleaning staff and very friendly reception staff. However, the tech buttons were different beside each bed for the curtains and lighting which caused us some issues as did the tech lighting buttons but a magical button in bathroom to opaque glass for privacy. The breakfast buffet not as good as some we have experienced as the cheese appeared stale and they did not offer fresh omelet. Loved the country walks and closeness to the theme park and other coffee and western restaurants for dinner. Overall, a wow stay.

GGuest UserAmazing room, what a view! - great bed and bedding, constant hot water for shower and bath. Staff at reception were brilliant and so helpful, location on the quite side of the river was spot on as ferry just 50yds away, (4yuen each way) which takes you over to west street 600yds walk, and bamboo rides same distance. Breakfast was Chinese but very tasty good coffee if you ask. Small but clean pool that’s very refreshing (20c)
